The staff was very pleasant at the front desk. Our room was not the cleanest and the carpet in the room is a big turn off. The walkway and staircase can use a power wash.The morning coffee was ok but the breakfast did not appeal. We were disappointed with this stay.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and the pool was great. The beds were comfortable and I also enjoyed the outside green space. However the room was dirty, there were stains and hairs on the sheets and pillows, finger prints and marks on doors, door jams and walls as well as a unknown white stain on the ledge of the material bed frame. If they put more effort and time into cleaning and maintaining the rooms the then this hotel could have been a 4-5 star for me.

It was not what I expected. Very tired property. The room was dark and uninitiated g. The bathroom very cramped. The tub plug was broken. The tv remote did not work and I had to call staff who were perfunctory about it. There was a white fish in the tub and the breakfast eggs were subpar. Sorry.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is getting very dated. doors , windows and many other surfaces were dirty. The re were a lot of bugs as well. Staff was great , just a tired and dirty hotel

Nice and clean place

Stayed 2 nights in a King suite with balcony on the 3rd floor. Room was very spacious with sofa and 2 chairs. All the usual amenities and bed was comfortable. Balcony view of the river and opposite mountains was amazing. Very clean property with many loungers, 2 patios and gas grills. Morning breakfast was well prepared. Easy access in and out, walking distance to downtown. Property is well kept but due for some upgrades.

It was nice being on the river. The rooms were good overall and the staff very helpful.

Very good location and great hotel to stay in Kamloops.
