This is a very nice, quiet, and clean hotel, the personal was very nice, definitely I’ll go back and recommend the place.

Beds are every uncomfortable, old mattresses, bath room in old conditions holes in the walls. My breakfast was paid in advance they still charged me for it saying it did not apply at this location.

The staff was very helpful making transportation arrangements to the airport. They were very responsive to a sudden change and made sure we had the best service.

Good place to relax

The hotel is truly beautiful, especially the gardens — they’re absolutely stunning. This place holds a very special meaning for me, as it's where I proposed to my wife, where we got married, and now returned to celebrate our 10th anniversary. That’s why it was so disappointing to see that the hotel didn’t seem to care about the occasion at all. They offered to “decorate” the room with a couple of towels and a bottle of wine for $100, which felt more like an upsell than a gesture. I wasn’t expecting anything for free, just a small thoughtful detail to make the stay feel special. In every other hotel where I’ve celebrated a honeymoon or anniversary, I’ve always been made to feel appreciated — here, it honestly felt like they didn’t care. Even during checkout, no one asked how our stay was, so I didn’t get the chance to mention that the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working. It’s a shame, because the place is beautiful, but the lack of warmth and attention really affected the experience.

El hotel no cuenta realmente con 3 albercas como lo marca la publicacion , 1 es un chapoteadero para niños, solo tiene 1 mt de profundidad y es la más grande. Los sábados y domingos solo hay buffet de desayuno con un costo bastante elevado, la comida no está buena. Adicional pedí una habitación con terraza para poder disfrutar los jardines y nos tocó una habitación arriba justo del restaurante. No recomendaría este hotel. Adicional nos encontramos varias cucarachas alrededor de la alberca con jacuzzi
