The hotel is truly beautiful, especially the gardens — they’re absolutely stunning. This place holds a very special meaning for me, as it's where I proposed to my wife, where we got married, and now returned to celebrate our 10th anniversary. That’s why it was so disappointing to see that the hotel didn’t seem to care about the occasion at all. They offered to “decorate” the room with a couple of towels and a bottle of wine for $100, which felt more like an upsell than a gesture. I wasn’t expecting anything for free, just a small thoughtful detail to make the stay feel special. In every other hotel where I’ve celebrated a honeymoon or anniversary, I’ve always been made to feel appreciated — here, it honestly felt like they didn’t care. Even during checkout, no one asked how our stay was, so I didn’t get the chance to mention that the coffee machine in our room wasn’t working. It’s a shame, because the place is beautiful, but the lack of warmth and attention really affected the experience.

El hotel no cuenta realmente con 3 albercas como lo marca la publicacion , 1 es un chapoteadero para niños, solo tiene 1 mt de profundidad y es la más grande. Los sábados y domingos solo hay buffet de desayuno con un costo bastante elevado, la comida no está buena. Adicional pedí una habitación con terraza para poder disfrutar los jardines y nos tocó una habitación arriba justo del restaurante. No recomendaría este hotel. Adicional nos encontramos varias cucarachas alrededor de la alberca con jacuzzi

Really enjoyed the stay

Amazing place

Of all the places that I have traveled and stayed the Hosteria Las Quintas is one that I would highly recommend. The atmosphere was peaceful and beautiful. I would recommend that you add a some chairs in the sitting area that we had and an extra chair in the room. Loved our suite and the outside sitting area. Congratulations on the conferences you are hosting we were there during our stay.

Nice hotel, gardens are lovely

The property itself is excellent. Quiet, manicured property. An oasis. Food is a bit pricey but very good. The area right outside the property is not so nice. You must have a car to get from the property or order an Uber to sites in Cuernavaca.

The problem is that in reality the hotel doesn't offer what expedia says. I booked a double king bedroom. No such room exists in that hotel. In reality are two double beds, with a concrete base that makes it impossible to put the beds together. I have a 4 year old daughter and a year old baby that required a king bed. In the pictures they show a kids area, that doesn't exist anymore. They also say rooms are sound proof which they are not. Sadly my baby woke up and cried at 1AM, and the management sent and angry dude to try to quiet us down, since 2 other rooms complained. Also, everyone asks for tips, even room cleaning staff, which is not common for any other hotel, specially in its tier. Cloration of the hot pool must not be good as my children came back with a tummy and ear infection. Finally, almost all the staff seems grumpy and maybe poorly paid. Nice premises, good location, very bad service though.

Buenos espacios para ir en familia o con la pareja. Solo hay que tener atención al entrar a tu habitación para asegurarte que esté todo limpio para que lo reportes inmediatamente antes de desempacar.

Overall it’s a very nice property. There’s room for improvement in the dining area.

The best hotel in Cuernavaca, beautiful gardens, excellent food and service. Location is in town which connects your with the heart of Cuernavaca.
