Check in was quick & staff was friendly & professional. Room spacious & clean. My room had a small kitchenette with microwave & pod coffee machine, refrigerator & kettle. Nice decor with balcony overlooking the mountains. Room had two large beds. Bed was comfortable. Ear plugs provided as the main rail line is nearby but I didn’t notice any noise from there personally. The Crimson is easy walk to shops, dining & train station. There is also a restaurant & bar downstairs. Nice & handy & enjoyed my stay at The Crimson.

Travelling from Vancouver to Edmonton in winter is always difficult. My stop in Jasper for one night at the Crimson was the blight of my trip! To my surprise I was upgraded to the Signal Suite. Amazing🇨🇦 I had wonderful supper & breakfast in Terra the hotel restaurant. I can’t thank the staff enough

Rooms were clean and quiet (aside from the train, but it wasn't as bad as I thought and they also leave earplugs anyways). The attached restaurant was amazing - I am celiac and they had lots of options/modifications and the servers were all really great.

The beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub area was nice. However, it was very noisy during our stay. Both mornings we were woken up before 6 am with kids running up and down the hall and chatting loudly. There was also a loud knocking in the wall once people were up and showering- seemed like it had something to do with plumbing because it wasn’t constant- but it was loud when trying to sleep.

The room was very clean and the bed was comfy.

The rooms were surprisingly large. We had booked two rooms and they kept us side by side which was convenient. Staff (particularly in the restaurant) were very friendly. Rooms were also clean and well maintained.
