Lovely stay in September with friendly staff and beautiful setting. Tony was especially helpful and repaired a couple of things that needed it. Gym and Spa were generally good but one of the bicycles needs repair and the jet pool in the spa was quite cold and unpleasant. Would definitely go back!!

Absolutely perfect for our long wknd away. Spotlessly clean, lovely staff, nice little pool bar for a bite to eat or a refreshment. Good shop inside for bags and accessories, bought a fab clutch ! Overall, a really great stay thank you.

Ok but not 4 star

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The facilities were perfect (it was a girls trip vs family) the proximity of the hotel to the Port meant a nice 15 minute walk. The price was very reasonable and we would definitely come back.

The property and Expedia charged us an adult rate for a baby (including breakfast and tourist). We were overcharged nearly €360. Despite trying to rectify this with staff whilst at the property with daily calls and emails, including promises the refund had already been processed!, we were finally given a reimbursement of just €80 a month later when home in England. We were extremely disappointed in the customer service of both the hotel and Expedia who continually blamed each other for the fault.

Overall an excellent stay. Breakfast is fabulous, they have a new Italian restaurant opening 26th June for evening meals, however the options within walkkg distance are very very good. La Gourmeda, Milu excellent. Staff at the hotel super friendly. Facilities are all very good, clean pool. Cannot fault it.

Victor was so helpful! Room had a lovely view of the port. Very short walk to restaurants. Room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed.

We had breakfast on the last morning - expensive - but good selection of food - but chaotic service options - coffee with no milk near, cereals separate from milk. No plates anywhere near correct places eg large plates only for bread areas. Staff admitted that they had never tried to have coffee, cereal, hot food and fruit in that order! They would have had to walk 200 meters!

The villa bungalow was quiet with plenty of space. Good toiletries and kitchenware for a simple breakfast / lunch. Use of other hotel facilities was also a change of scenery. Daily cleaning a bonus!

My boyfriend and I had a lovely week at this hotel. We were self catering apartments (although this was a surprise to us, I thought we were room only!) so did not try breakfast or dinner however the hotel is lovely, clean, staff are polite and friendly. Large pool area, never once struggled to get a sunbed (in July!). Pool bar well stocked and reasonably priced for the area (soft drink 3.30). Free pool towels daily. Free wifi worked well. Room was spacious and attended to daily by cleaning staff. I got a very good deal on Expedia so was well worth the price! Hotel is about a 15 minute walk along the gorgeous marina to the main area with plenty restaurants/bars/shops. We searched around as some where more expensive than others but good quality all the same. Tim’s bar has a great atmosphere and Cappucino do perfect cocktails. Never struggled to find somewhere with a stunning view. Little supermarket that was reasonably priced for self catering needs too. Buses run to Palma and surrounding towns every hour- you just tap your bank card when you get on/off, very easy. 10 minutes bus to Camp de Mar for a few euro (the closest sandy beach) was beautiful for sea swimming. Around 40 minutes from airport taxi costs approx 60€ however I believe the hotel run a service for 80€ if you wish to prebook. There are bus connections too. The hotel had a luggage and courtesy room for our final day as we had a PM flight. All in all lovely little place, highly recommend!

We loved our stay here. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Location was good also. Would not hesitate to stay here again!!!

A lovely relaxing long weekend away, slightly spoilt by a large wedding party who took over half of the pool area. The surrounding area is beautiful but I would say the local shops and restaurants although very good are way overpriced because of the yacht crowd who stay on the port. An average meal out for 4 cost us upwards of €250 for a couple of courses each and a bottle of wine and soft drinks which is a shame as they are pricing the family market out of the area. Saying that you can self cater in the hotel as basic cooking facilities are provided, there is a small supermarket 5 mins walk away, again more expensive than other parts of Majorca we have stayed in. If you are staying long perhaps get a taxi to a larger supermarket. I can’t fault the hotel and would return.
