Very polite and helpful receptionist. Answered all queries. Location was ideal. Used the indoor pool and jacuzzi, both clean and warm. Room was surprisingly spacious and amenities ample

The location was good.

We were hoping for a nice balcony with a view of the ocean. If we stood in just the right spot, we could just see the ocean between buildings at the back. The A/C was greatly appreciated but really caused excessive humidity in the room. We also didn't realize that the pool was across the road. Nice restaurants within walking distance.

The accommodation is away from the main road and offers a quiet location. The pool and spa facilities are located a short distance from the accommodation but within easy reach. My studio rooms were a little tired but clean and comfortable with hot water. In room TV facilities could do with being modernised to enable access to internet and portable entertainment

The property is ideal for a family stay. The staff is very helpful and were always at our disposal.

Our room had 100s of ants on the floor we switched rooms to a smaller room with out. Hotel still charged us the same amount, and this room didn’t have AC and only 2 single beds. We are on our honey moon and found this to be an absolute nightmare hotel and will never return. For the price point there is at least 10 hotels in the area that are way nicer and better value

Balcony view and pool were the highlights. Rooms pretty outdated and smelt a bit damp but as per the photos. Decent value and good location.

Ive stayed at sunny coast regularly over the last 35 years. Although they've up made the reception look nice and modern the rooms dont reflect this and havent been updated in around 20 years at least - with furniture, tiles and utensils either worn out or broken. The cleaning of the rooms has also lessened over time. It seems each year I have stayed there has been something else changed for the worse. On the plus side the rooms are large and do have most things you need and the swimming pool is easily accessible. Some of the issues we had to raise - dirty sheets, broken wardrobe and no latch on the doors to the balcony were rectified within 24 hours.

I liked the welcoming feeling the minute you arrive. Staff very helpful. We would recommend this hotel. Nice swimming pool too.

Rooms a bit dated could do with a revamp but other then that was a nice hotel

There are many construction projects nearby, and you will be woken up in the morning. The sound insulation is poor, I was woken up in the middle of the night by the crying screaming kid quite often. Also there was something wrong with the door of balcony, if you are very sensitive with noise and you probably can't sleep in the living room sofa bed, even we shut the door probably but still can hear people talking downstair and the wind blowing like a horrible movie at least 3 nights. Otherwise, everything is ok.
