Close to Olde Mistick Village. Nice breakfast. Common area could use a little updating. Our room was large and clean with 2 queen beds. Staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel was fine, just extremely overpriced for what it offered. Just a basic hotel for a luxury hotel price. Not a great location and Ubers take a while to get from there to any of the places most people like to go.

We chose this hotel for the pool and the pool was 90 degrees way too hot for the summer time, definitely disappointed with the pool other than that the stay was convenient and clean

Our room was clean and in good condition. The breakfast buffet had a nice selection: eggs, sausages, toasts, bagels, waffles, etc. Unlimited coffee and hot chocolate. The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful!

The room was clean but at check in and when i asked why the room was cleaned and did not et clean towels the desk did not infom me tgat rooms ane only cleaned every other day. If i had been informed it would been acceptable and we would have not been waiting and expecting the room to be cleaned and fresh towels.

The beds were not as soft as we prefer but otherwise we enjoyed it.

We generally stay at Hampton Inns and are very satisfied for the price. This hotel was not as nice as other Hampton Inn properties. The bath tub was very deep and slippery with only a small rubber mat provided to place in the bottom of the tub. Our room was supposed to be made up every other day, but that was only partially done. The trash was emptied and our used towels were removed along with the rubber bath mat. The bed was not made, towels and toilet paper were not replenished and the rubber safety mat was missing. A clean rubber mat was promptly delivered to our room when we requested it. The staff was pleasant and the breakfast was typical.

Definitely dated but, still very clean. Nice staff. All around value win for the area.

First time staying , check in was easy, room was clean! Bed and pillows comfortable. Bathroom did not have a fan and pool has a high chlorine smell. Continental breakfast has a nice variety . I definitely will stay again. Staff were very nice.

Check-in took a long time because front desk man had difficulty looking up reservation and moved slowly. Shower head needs an upgrade. Otherwise, OK.

A great example of a stellar Hampton Inn. Relatively newly renovated, good location, large room, and easy overall. My only caution is the pillows, they were terrible. Hard to call them pillows, more like tissues. But this is a wide-spread hotel complaint.
