Good hotel. We were satisfied. Someone left the alarm on in the table-clock, it went off at 6 am. Please take those table-clock away from the rooms, no one uses it now a days. Breakfast was good.

We had a great stay at the Marriott in Moncton. Our kids were so excited for our king suite room, and we took advantage of the pool, hot tub, and free buffet breakfast everyday. The breakfast was definitely a hit and had lots of options! Staff were always friendly and helpful if we needed anything. Heads up that there's a $16 charge per night of parking, and I wasn't aware of that prior to booking, though it could have been listed in the hotel details. Will definitely be staying here again for our next trip. Thanks!

My family just spent two nights in the 2 bedroom suite. The room itself was wonderful, however we were bery disappointed in many things. One elevator for 6 floors made for extremely long wait times. Not enough parking and for $16 a day you should not have to walk through a dungy musty and moldy area to get to the hotel. Breakfast area horrible, not enough seating and everything was empty by 9am, and not refilled. Lastly the pool area was absolutely disgusting. The hottub was very dirty and the pool had what looked like green algae in many areas. We actually made our.child get out and immediately shower.

Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The pool was large and relatively clean as well. We were only disappointed that one elevator was down and it caused a lot of waiting to go up and down from our room on the 4th floor. The stairs exit to the exterior of the building so it makes it more inconvenient that an elevator was down for the entirety of our stay. Otherwise, our stay was great. Location is also excellent in Moncton.

Les points forts: Chambre (suite) propre et bien équipée. Situation géographique. Déjeuner compris. Les points à améliorer: La piscine est nettement à refaire. Un seul ascenseur qui fonctionne pour tout l'hôtel.

I was not too happy about the eating room where we eat breakfast because the dining room is always packed every morning and there are not enough tables available . I realised that there are many mold around the shower wall and around the grout. You do not provide shower cap for travellers . In overall, I enjoyed staying in your hotel. Service was great. The hotel is clean and it's very a quiet environment. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hot tub was gross so could not use it. The room we were given had a wet carpet so we asked to move. The front desk attendant was not very concerned or apologetic about the situation. The breakfast was good however.

Parking was an issue

I checked out a day early because there was no stop kids playing soccer in the hallway. I called the front desk and it quieted down for a couple of hours but that was only because they left to play in their tournament. When they came back it started again . I left a day early because of this and other things. Was billed for the night and they also charged me for parking when I wasn't there. One window was screwed shut and the other you could only see through one payne.Bacon at breakfast was barely cooked and room temperature. I stayed here many times but that was probably the last

Summer is always busy but even with the business the hotel was fairly quiet, we didn’t hear many people. Always a plus.

Aurait besoin d’un peu de rafraîchissement comme hotel, mais somme toute ok pour un court séjour.

The street noise 24 hours a day was just unacceptably loud. Spent two nights of restless sleep being woken every hour or two.

Generally, the property is fine. But my room is not prepared well for four people.

The signage to exit the parking lot is awful. Everything else was great.

Great location right downtown. We had a view of river and the tides. The building is a a little dated with a smell of cigarette smoke in the hallway on our floor. Room was nice though and had all we needed. Staff were fabulous and very helpful.
