I was happy with the temperature of the room

Staff was great. Carpets in the room and hallway were stained and seemed old.

Second time staying here this year and loved it. Friendly staff extremely comfortable beds nice atmospheres will be the go to hotel when coming to Lueven

✅ Great location, very near downtown Leuven. Plenty of restaurants nearby for every budget. ✖️ We stayed there for 16 nights. On our 2nd or 3rd night the A/C started to leak. Despite constant notifying to staff, it was never resolved up to the day we left. Housekeeping could also be better. They also dont have in-room phones.

Great sized bed, clean basic room. Room not adequately sound proofed, very noisy street nearby. Terrible Wi-Fi , nearly always done. Good central location

Great spot in Leuven!

This location seemed to be inside or near the university campus. Just outside the front door were 5 inexpensive but great restaurants inundated with students. All great food. Clearly we were in the right place!

Great location, easily walkable to the train station and attractions. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of great places to eat locally.

The only weird thing was the absence of phones in the room. You have to scan a QR code in the room every time you want to call the front desk
