The hotel is located at a walkable distance from the strip. The location is also located near convenient stores in case one needs anything. The rooms comes with a lot of supplies including dishes, silverware, refrigerator and microwave. The rooms are quiet and clean. They were missing a shower curtain in one of our rooms, but it was placed once we asked.

Almost everything was good. We had the room upgraded and everything was super comfortable. We did not like the shower - it clearly needs replacing, as the water pressure from it is very difficult to call full-fledged.

Nice, clean, conveniently located. Small room small shower. In my "queen suite" i had a queen pull out.

Hotel was great. They did not provide any room service whatsoever. When we arrived back at our hotel after a long day our sheets were not replaced. Apparently we have to book it 24 hours in advance which we never had to do at any other hotel. Plus their bathroom sink water smelled funky. Other than that it was a nice area to stay in and the room was nice.

Horrible customer service, no one responds when you call front desk.

Our stay there was great. Best service from front desk to the very best valet service. Would definitely stay there again and again.

Rooms are very spacious. Shower/tub could be more updated but super reasonable considering the price paid. I was on the second floor so noise was an issue but as I was only there one night it wasn’t bad. Walkable to a ton of restaurants, miracle mile shops, and more! Would definitely stay here again.
