When I book the room it said breakfast included But when I check in they said it wasn’t so I had to pay for it.

Un hotel muy bien mantenido, con muchas utilidades a la mano, si le pongo un punto malo es que te toquen la puerta a las 9am , algunos hoteles tienen esa maña para que salgas temprano, pero creo es inecesario

We requested ground level rooms next to each other due to handicap needs but that was not supported or acknowledged.

Nice staff! Room was ready before the 3pm check in. Large shower, queen size beds and easy parking with parking security.

This place it goes above and beyond, we rent a regular room and they upgraded to a suit, the staff, the hotel, everythin was perfect.

Good overall value.

We received an unexpected upgrade.

It was awesome. The staff was pleasant and always willing to help in any way. This is the 2nd time we stayed at this location and I’m sure we will return next year.

The hotel is really old. The sheets and pillows smells dirty, horrible, we need to look for the cleaning lady and call more than twice to the front desk in order to have the room "clean". Every time when the A/C turn on, smell as death animal, next to our bedroom was the utility room, 24/7 we can hear the noise of the pumps and pipes; impossible to sleep. The hotel does not has elevator. Restaurant service and staff is the best from the hotel. Excelent service and food. Congrats Capitan Dario and rest of the restaurant staff. We'll continuing going just to the restaurant.

I went to the breakfast buffet and there was hair in my food, and the bread was hard and not good.

The service was excellent. Love the food and room service. Unfortunately this property does not have elevators which made it difficult for us as one of our family members has a disability.

As an Mexican American and as someone who just came to visit after 18 years, it was a little jarring to see many security in the hotel. We arrived late one night and the gate was closed and nothing upsetting, just everything took me by surprise.

Great place to stay enjoy the staff. The room was very comfortable. Only a couple of things the heater did not work well and the water heater took forever to warm water to be able to bathe.

Very convenient and good service. But the devil is in the details! Had to call front desk a couple of times because they didn’t give us the correct info and vouchers. They corrected immediately but did have to make the calls
