Clean, quiet, and convenient

Staff was pleasant, room was clean and spacious. The pillows were so uncomfortable for us as they were really full/thick! The AC and refrigerator were also noisy, which may be a concern for light sleepers.

The breakfast was a very limited spread. Staff was nice and friendly but seemed rushed . Alyssa was fabulous So warm and friendly

Pleasant staff and comfortable, quiet stay. Fantastic fruit infused water in the lobby helped us stay hydrated since we are not as acclimated to the desert climate.

Very convenient location for a family friend reunion. I have always been impressed by the Element brand, but this location looks tired and dingy, and the room layout was off putting. There was an L shaped desk very inconveniently protruding from the wall in the middle of the room. So many bruises. Not sure why the rooms need such a large fridge either. Would have preferred better bathroom storage.

Very nice room, clean. They even let me have my senior dog with me. Nice gym and great breakfast.

I didn’t make my first day to check in….CHRISTMAS DAY! The Element hotel said I was a “no show” & cancelled my reservation!! HOWEVER ….. they charged me for the ENTIRE WEEK $1596.29 !!! & said I had to deal with HOTELS.COM !!! & HOTELS.COM says I have to deal with THE ELEMENT!!! I VERY DISSATISFIED WITH BOTH!!!

From the first time that I stayed here I enjoyed it very much. Marcus made it very pleasurable, and he was the reason why I stayed here again. I just love talking to him and catching up a bit. Hopefully my job sends be out to our Vegas location again to stay at the Element and see Marcus again :) <3

I reserved a room last minute and my husband and I were so pleasantly surprised with the room we got. It was spacious, clean and quiet. We were happy to see a full size refrigerator and a nice little kitchen. I didn’t expect any of that when I reserved the room. Staff was friendly and helpful. I enjoyed their gym. It was fantastic considering it was a last minute booking. I highly recommend this hotel and would choose this hotel again if we come back to Vegas.
