Don't bother. Exceptionally rude and abusive staff. According to the website, check-in is from 14.00. Room not ready on arrival at 16.30 despite having checked in the day before online as requested and estimated our arrival time to be between 15.00-18.00. First room had cleaning staff in it who were rude when we had the audacity to walk in wondering why the door should have been left open. Second room given had not been cleaned properly, there was litter on the floor and the door lock broke on entry, which prompted the cleaner to shout at me in French in an abusive manner. Third room was missing the coffee machine advertised on the website and the safe did not work. Hotel lift was broken, so we had to carry our bags up the stairs to the third floor. Breakfast buffet would have been good if food was replenished, but this was not done when things ran out so the remaining choice was minimal. Nobody cared. As well as shouting at us, the cleaner also spoke about me in French to the reception staff in an extremely insulting manner in the mistaken belief that I didn't understand what he was saying. Absolutely dreadful, do not waste your money. The male cleaner needs an anger management course, retraining or dismissal; he was absolutely vile towards us.

Great stop off on the drive down to South of France. Clean rooms, restaurant was excellent,

The breakfast was really poor. They had run out of everything an hour before the end of breakfast time. Clearing tables was so slow. No croissants, bread, pastries. We kept having to ask for a bowl or a plate as they weren’t replenishing anything.

No gym, lovely surrounding areas for a morning run. Breakfast basic. Free parking. Food in the hotel restaurant ok.

Hotel smelt of sewerage. very dated and smelly room. Air conditioning not working.

Room was perfect. Breakfast great. The only negative was that the swimming pool was closed.

The public areas were recently renovated and they look they look nice and up to date. Otherwise it is a standard Novotel business hotel.

Easy parking, quiet spot

There was an issue with the booking, I had booked for 3 nights, but they only had 2 nights booked on their system. Also their system was showing different prices, to the booking prices, so I had to agrue with them about the cost of each night. Lastly the aircon was not working in the bedroom, so we had to move rooms after the first night.

Great it had an open Resturant but the staff was pushed as only one, so service good but very slow. Would definitely go back having said that.

Hotel is in a run down relatively poor area as a result there were groups of young people hanging around and in the quieter areas we did not feel safe. Security of the car park was a concern. The restaurant seemed under staffed and was in some disarray with long wait times and poor communication.

Staff are friendly and receptive. Rooms need to be updated and modernized.

Comfortable and clean.

Average hotel. Needs renovation, there are newer hotels nearby or city centre with same or better price.

The worst place have ever eaten as a coeliac. Daughter was given ‘penne’ as a gluten free meal. It wasn’t a gluten free version. Some staff were doing their best to help and clearly hasn’t been given any training on allergies. One member of staff (and the allergen menu) said chips were gf, the next member of staff said they were not. Do not eat here if you have allergies. The staff were lovely and just doing their best.

Generally good. But the electric car charging facilities were very poor. Firstly they looked dangerous/ out of action and secondly they didn’t have commonly used plug sockets. The nearest alternative chargers are a long way away, which was extremely inconvenient. I won’t stay again unless they upgrade their electric chargers.
