The staff was very kind, helpful, and appeared concerned that we felt comfortable and safe.

I did not like my stay at Casa Andina Standard at all. The front desk lady was rude when I did the check in process. When I asked her where to find a restaurant, she said to go to Plaza de Armas in a very unfriendly way. A little bit of courtesy would have been good knowing that I was a tourist that never visited Cuzco before. Probably she was tired because I arrived at the hotel around 10pm. Breakfast was ok. Room was clean and had everything that I needed. The security man that was in the front of the hotel was Excellent! He even got me a cab to go to the airport back to Lima. Such a gentleman! I tipped him because of his professionalism and kindness. He truly represents want Peruvian people are!

Very centric!

The room was clean and spacious. The hotel was located in the center, making it accessible for tour pick-ups and walking to restaurants, stores, and the market. The town is lively, if you’re looking for quiet time, this might not be it. You can hear all the fireworks, music, and commotion happening outside. The only downside is that our room was near the stairs and elevator, so we could hear everyone coming in and out and people who decided to just have conversations in the middle of the hall. Overall, it is a great place, but ask for a room far away from the elevator.

Staff was the best!!

Close to everything! The room was very clean and comfortable. They had filtered water available to fill your water containers. They had hot tea available 24/7. Very nice accomodations.

Everything was excellent, security, bellboy, front desk, etc! Very accommodating, professional and friendly. Kudos!!

Walking distance to Plaza de Armas and other attractions.
