Absolutely fabulous stay for the price. Best stay on our vacation and the best price too. Very good breakfast and parking included. Right on the water. Cheaper place for gas in Courtenay. Great location between Campbell River and Parksville/Nanaimo. Loved it there. Loved our suite and didn't want to leave. Owen at the front desk is lovely. So glad we got to meet him! He made us feel very welcome!! He is a huge asset to the hotel!!! Love his hat!!

The room did not appear to be cleaned properly. There were visible stains on the white pillowcases and bedspread, so I used my own linens as it seemed they may not have been changed after the previous guest. The bathroom sink also had noticeable stains.

Great location, reasonable price. Will be back.

Staff was great. Jesse and Owen were awesome at the front desk. Breakfast was always wonerful. Rooms were cleaned daily. Towels replaced daily and so was the bathroom amenities.

Our stay went very well. It was just my husband and I looking to get away and relax. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Owen checked us in and made sure we had everything we needed. He even offered to help with dining suggestions which is more than what we’ve experienced at other 5-star hotels. Our room was one with a jetted tub so we didn’t use the amenities. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Clean basic hotel room, similar to all express type brands. Very hot all throughout building. Breakfast unusual stuff - nothing exciting but filling. Too many large pillows that are VERY large & uncomfortable (8 in total).

The place looked amazing, well up kept, breakfast was great and a joy to stay here. Will definitely be back if we are in the area

The room was a very nice temperature and was nice and clean. The bed was comfortable and the night stand and lamps were convenient to use. I also enjoyed Netflix and YouTube on the TV. I enjoyed the hot tub but had to alert a staff member to start the jets which he did promptly.

Excellent hotel, good buffet breakfast to help start the day. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Hotel was very quiet, couldn’t hear anything in adjoining room or noise from the hallway. Stayed with young kids and a senior citizen, we were all pleased.

Welcomed as soon as we entered the hotel by staff. Very efficient, and we were handed our keys after a quick application! Great selection of breakfast items including both food and drink options! ALL staff were approachable and helpful! Until next time!❤️

Breakfast was really good, super staff! Attending to things before they were out, ie coffee cream, and were quick to clean tables, good vibe. However, general room floor, bathroom walls, and the pool area could use a deeper clean.

The beds are so comfortable. The hotel is quiet. The staff is helpful. I will stay here when I return next year.

The staff is friendly and amazing! My husband miss placed his block and when the staff didn’t have one, the woman at the front desk volunteered hers for the night! The room was clean and housekeeping came by everyday to see if we needed anything! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I have stayed many times. The only problem was no bodywash in the container. Everything else was perfect.
