Really poor experience overall. The receptionist was rude and unhelpful, and we found numerous hairs in the bathroom which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. On departure, no one even asked how our stay was. Won’t be returning.

The Mirrors are to far plug sockets for my Girlfriend to use her Air Wrap in from of the mirror. So a bit frustrating.

This is a good hotel with decent facilities. The ground floor rooms are clean and comfortable but it was noisy at night until other guests went to bed. The pool and gym are great as is the outdoor space with views across the lake. Lots of choice at breakfast but another coffee machine is needed!

The formulaic processes and unhelpful staff made the stay a forgettable one for us and the guests we arranged to stay in the hotel for a function we were part of despite the good location

Lovely hotel although a bit dated in areas such as the bathroom.

Friendly and helpful staff, breakfast until 11am was great and the spa and pool facilities were a nice surprise too.

The reception staff really kind and attentive. The ladies cleaning the room always asked me if I needed anything else and I just found them to be really lovely. The air conditioning was fabulous to have. At one point in the middle of the night I thought it wasn’t working properly, I phoned reception and somebody came out immediately to have a look. In fact the problem was with me, I hadn’t understood quite how to manage the controls. This hotel is excellent and the staff go over and above to try and make sure guests are comfortable.

The reception staff was really unhelpful. When I asked for help they wrote some notes on my booking as we couldn’t end up staying and he put words in my mouth that I didn’t say! He refused to give me something in writing after speaking to the GM. Really unhelpful

We were given a complementary upgrade on our room and late checkout. The breakfast was lovely with a gorgeous view from the restaurant. The member of staff who checked us in was extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Located just outside of Marlow but easy to order an Uber / Bolt which cost approximately £8

I would recommend this hotel

The worst service. Location is a 30 minute walk away from High Street. Amenities were slim and poorly maintained. The restaurant is highly priced for food, coffee and beverages that aren't close to being freshly made. Some of the breakfast items were microwaved packages food, yet the cost was premium. Wi-fi is spotty around the grounds. Staff is truly unhelpful in every regard and will not go out of their way to assist you during your stay. There were many times that we asked for basic things, only to be met with a curt response and a poor attitude with an unwillingness to help.

We are just home from a lovely weekend at the hotel. We arrived tired and were met by a warm welcome and smiles from all the staff. From the cleaners to the restaurant, the bar and reception all of the staff were cheerful, helpful and polite. The view from the bar and restaurant is lovely and it was nice to have a drink in the evening looking at the lake. Will return. Very nice, restful stay.

All good but didn’t have real decaffeinated coffee. Swimming pool a bit too hot for us but realise that some people like it hot.
