Place was in a central area everything was close by.

The room was very clean, had everything you need in a hotel room, quite, and had a balcony.

They stated they would refund me because I booked the wrong day while at the property so she canceled it and said I would be refunded then they rejected my refund stating I checked in when I wasn’t there.. the staff was rude, my room wasn’t cleaned one time while I was there and there was very bad noise disturbance

My partner and I have stayed here many times. It’s convenient and the room has everything we need

WE ARE PROGRAMMED TO DISTURB In the olden days, you could put a little sign on your door saying please do not disturb, but nowadays they send automatic text messages at the crack of dawn wanting to know what time you you are planning to check out. HOW RUDE! I couldn’t sleep because of all the noise of the traffic and I planned to sleep in until the last possible minute. But no sleep-in for Barb. I responded that they had woken me up and I did not appreciate it and a real person said that they had no control over. It was their stupid AI. Well they really need to work on that stupid AI.😡

Really loved staying here !

Charged me 100$ deposit so told them to cancel my second night as was never told about this fee . Waited 3 days was never refunded then when called about it they said front desk never checked me out so they want to now charge me 2 days. Dont understand how they could so this as told them first night was not staying two days front desk said was ok and checked out next morning with room key.

It was the cleanest place that we have stayed in the area. Will stay there again
