good location with great service

Our one night stay was great. The room appeared to have been recently renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. We visit Jackson often for meetings and Country Inns and Suites will definitely be our go to hotel.

Needs microwave in breakfast area. Hot water doesn’t cook the instant oatmeal

The staff were wonderful! The rooms were very comfortable with easy access to food options we could walk to. We enjoyed a great hot breakfast every morning.

Quiet and close to many restaurants. Rooms are nice. Parking is ample.

The area was dirty and moldy, and the room had sour, mildew/smell to it. I did not enjoy my stay. I was very disappointed. If I had a chance to go back and do it again, I would not. Please save your money and go somewhere else that you will you would enjoy. There was mold in the bathtub and around the ceiling area. I was told that they were sold out and couldn’t offer me another room.

Its located in a perfect area with dining options and shopping.

Overall a good experience. We had an issue with our room in the middle of the night and the staff corrected it immediately by giving us another room.

Very good stay. Will stay there again in the future.

Breakfast in the morning was good. A/C units in one of our rooms did not work properly.

The check-in host was super nice & accommodating. The location needs some cleaning & refreshing.

The suite was nice and roomy

Everything was great except for the cover over the heating/cooling unit was detached. It didn’t bother me too much as I was too tired after driving all day to get too concerned with it. The person who checked me in was polite and accommodating. I would stay again.

The lady who checked us in was just amazing. She was so friendly and helpful and went out if her way any way possible. We were upgraded to a suite. Would definitely stay there again.
