Great stay and location

The area was convenient to some places I was visiting and also to Frankfurt Airport. The staff were nice when they were there. I think they left at night completely. The hotel was nice and in a quaint location in Limburg. I was thankful for the apples available at night. The parking garages are a contentious point, however. Parking spots must be secured in advance and it seemed like they were holding the slots for workers because even though only a few people were staying there, there were no parking spots available. The decor in room 109 was a little scary with wire looking lights coming out of the ceiling. They looked like snakes. The chair looked old and beat up and like it was ugly as sin. Everything had a price tag from the parking to the coffee. Breakfast is available but not included. Nice hotel but for a four star hotel rating, it probably should have customer service at night. It was okay, not great. Won't be staying again..

Just back from a few days at the hotel in Limburg. There was an issue with the booking which the helpful staff sorted very quickly. Room was perfect for my stay along with the breakfast to start the day. The hotel is very close to everything - lots of shops and restaurants in the area. It's also close the cathedral, castle, river walks etc.

Hotel staff were very attentive and went over and above to accommodate our needs. Great atmosphere, mix of business and tourist clientele. Clean and comfortable rooms - even the standard ones. Lovely breakfast buffet too! We come to stay here regularly and will definitely do so again

What a great place. The people were super helpful and friendly. They helped me park and offered to help me with my luggage as my arm was in a cast. The location was perfect!!! If you’re staying in Limburg you MUST stay here. It was just perfect!!

The breakfast room and breakfast were great. The hotel room we were given was only a step up from a dorm room. Quite disappointing.

Great place to stay Plenty of food at Breakfast

We rented 3 rooms. Unfortunately 1 of them didn't have working lights on the main area working and they couldn't get someone to come fixe them in the next 2 days. It was ok we made it work. Other than that everything was great

The room itself was spacious and clean but lacked the most basic facilities one would expect even in a 2 star hotel. No info provided in the room on hotel facilities, i.e. times of meals, how to operate TV, etc. No kettle and/or coffee / tea facilities in room, no refrigerator/mini bar available, no tablet soap nor face flannels provided. Towels on shelf so high up that my wife could not get them down. Curtains did not properly cover window in bedroom so we were awakened by the morning light. Bedside lights should facilitate reading in bed: these did not. Breakfast was expensive at 24 euro per person do went elsewhere.

Everything was great. Anna greeted us and got us a parking spot, early checkin and room upgrade to room 301. She recommended two restaurants both of which were outstanding. Buffet breakfast was outstanding. Conveniently located in the old town of an absolutely beautiful town.

It is always a pleasure staying at the Dom Hotel, staff are friendly and efficient, breakfast is lovely and plentiful, rooms clean and comfortable. I’m sure I will come back!

A bit tricky getting into the parking but otherwise perfect!

We like to stay there when in and around Limburg. It is located in the middle of the center and you can basically walk anywhere. Meloni’s (super nice local breakfast / wine / Aporol) or Batzewert (German beer traditional German food) are basically on the other side of the street, 30 seconds walking distance. Showers are a bit small pending on room. Rooms have AC, in case the fresh air is not cooling you down enough.

The hotel is well situated with friendly staff and they try to please their guests. The only area to improve is the fact that the hotel number is answered by a call centre and not by the hotel itself Lovely picturesque village

Stay was excellent, my only issue was when i arrived at 23.00 which they new there was no night porter. It took me 2 hours to get in via phone calls x 10 and the intercom x 7. When i did get in i couldnt find the key safe which they said was behind the reception desk. After searching for for part of the two hours i found it opposite the lift enterance. I had travelled for 12 hours and this was the last thing i wanted. Other than that the receptionist in the morning apologies loads of times, which it wasnt her fault were excellent and couldnt fault them.

I have sent a message to the hotel but they never reply back. The stay wasn’t as I expected it to be. me and my kids couldn’t sleep all night with the noise in the room and also the bell from the church which was going on every 5 minutes. My kids had a competition to go to so they needed a good sleep but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. They were so tired in the morning and suffered with headaches all day due to lack of sleep. I will not stay at that hotel again. The price was very expensive too so it’s not worth it.

The hotel is centrally located. The room is modern, comfortable, quiet, and well furnished. I liked the hotel a lot. My only slight issue was with the a/c, which cannot be shut down. But overall I recommend the hotel and would go back if I happen to come to Limburg.
