Very clean, friendly staff, rooms were very spacious. Food was delicious. Enjoyed stay.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice indoor pool. Didn't like the weird latchea on the bathroom doors. Got stuck multiple times.

Loved the kitchen and full fridge. Was able to save money by cooking some meals in the room.

Property was under construction. I wasn’t made aware when I made reservations. The room wasn’t finished. There was painters tape on the walls. No blinds hung. A to do list left on the counter in the kitchen. The halls were warm. Construction items left in the hallways.

They are trying to renovate with a facelift but I’m not sure it will be enough. Some of the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was limited, running out and not replenishing, but some of that may improve with the renovated handier space for serving. For a room along the road trip for a night it was not bad at all, but for a vacation stay of several days, desiring pool and hot tub, high pressure shower, I would look elsewhere. The room size for the price was GREAT! Honestly, just running some bleach and air fresheners would have helped tremendously. It just smelled stuffy pretty much everywhere but especially at the pool room. They DID have a wonderful selection of equipment in the fitness room!!! That was a definite positive!

The helpfulness of the staff and accommodations

Very nice they are updating the hotel but still very nice. Only place we stay in OKC!! Kinda disappointed the hot tub and pool were closed.

The room we reserved was not available. We were not notified and when we checked in the room we were given didn’t have room for 3 people and smelled bad. We were sent to another location but it took three tries to get a room that worked. However the room we were given was very very noisy and we couldn’t sleep

Room had ample hooks in bathroom and plenty room for this hotel.

Room was dirty with stains all over the carpet. Staff does not clean room daily. Have to dump your own trash.

The hotel room was exactly what we needed. Unfortunately, there was some indications of lack of maintenance (hole in the wall, etc.). The whole interior looked like it needed a bit of a refresh. Other than that, it was a good location, easy to get to and close to the airport. Despite the issues, we'd stay again,

Definitely in need of repair. Hole in wall, tile broke in bathroom and mold in grout in tub. Hottub was in major disrepair.

The sheets on the bed were stained with blood or some other bodily fluid, the furnishings are old, dirty, and outdated in the “suites”. Nefarious looking guests seem to frequent this property.
