Good apart hotel. Decent rooms etc. Some of the bathroom fittings/fixtures need attention, and a toaster in the kitchenette would also be good. Have stayed here before though, and would do again.

Handy location next to the RER station for Evry. The area has little to do and only a couple of restaurants some walk away. Reception staff were very pleasant, helpful and cheeful. The attached restaurant was closed for evening meals (August holidays!) and below average breakfast offedring. Comfortable bedroom with a small kitchette area, all clean as was the bathroom. A bit expensive considering how far from the centre of Paris its located.

Property was clean, staff were very friendly, mall close by for everything you may need. The bed wasn't great but perfectly fine for a couple of nights. I would definitely stay again.

Love it

Overall a pleasent stay. We were provided with an iron and ironing board to use which was in the laundry room. The iron was split open in half which presented a huge health and safety issue. We were given a replacement iron, this one was broken at the top. Unacceptable. The rest of the stay was pleasent, nice spacious and clean rooms with pleasent staff.

The hotel stay was excellent in all respect. The dishwasher needs to be attended to though!

I have stayed here a few times and use the studio rooms as they provide a small kitchen with all that you need. The location is excellent - within about 100m of the train station and a short walk to the huge Agora shopping mall. I also find the rooms comfortable though not large.

I visit Evry 2 or 3 times a year and this is my first stay with Resid Home. I will be staying here again. Location is close to the train station and the Agora. Very clean, comfortable and the kitchenette a wonderful plus! My only suggestion is a toaster!

Excellent value for money and service with a smile. Limited eateries in short walking distance, but close to the local university. Would stay again.

The windows were left open and mosquitos got on which feasted on me all night! The next day I put the do not disturb sign up to make sure the cleaners don't come in and open the windows again, but when I got back someone had been in my room and all the windows were open again! I complained but was told no one had been in my room.

Staff was friendly but the condition of my room was deplorable. Remote control had no battery I have to go back to the reception to get some. I could not take a shower because the fixture was broken. Facility needs to be upgraded. The room was showing its age!

We needed a quiet hotel to stay in and organise baggage before driving into Paris to our return hire car and book into our central Paris accommodation. This hotel provided a quiet spot for this. Our courtyard view room was relatively quiet and suitable. Kitchen facilities were useful.
