Had a minor issue with first room, staff moved us no question to a different room. If you are in Ft. Meyers this is a great option in a good location. The only possible con is no breakfast but we did not miss it.

I was very impressed with the setup of the room, the bed and pillows were excellent and I had the best night sleep.

It was affordable, safe, and quiet.

I liked everything about the facility

The property is dated however very clean. Free washer and dryer is a nice addition. No resturant but nice little convenience store close to everything. Nice pool and grilling area.

I chose this hotel because of the convenience of having a full kitchen and we were happy to be able to use it after we got a few kinks that had to be worked out but all in all he had a very comfortable time. We thought the pool area would be a lot nicer not only was a deserted, but it was no hot tub. It just wasn't inviting looking. The pool was very clean and nice and warm so we did enjoy that. There was no continental breakfast of any kind and I always feel that when you pay over $200 per night they should least be a continental breakfast available. The front desk staff, including Brandy were exceptional very very friendly and helpful. Being an IGH member made it nice to have a 2 o'clock check out.

We stays at this property due to the location close to the hospital. We were visiting a sick relative. The reservation got messed up. Our fault / their fault, I'm not sure - but it was messed up. The on-site staff did NOTHING to fix the problem. I was traveling with my 6'3" college aged son. We booked for 2 beds in the room - the room had 1 bed ! Staff said we had to go back through Expedia and did not even attempt a solution. I don't have the first clue how you would "go back through Expedia" to fix this. So, on top of sitting in a stressful hospital environment all day we came back to 1 cramped smallish bed for almost no sleep. The 2 night stay was well over 500.00 and that money was gone so we had to stay. The 3 and 4th nights we found a decent hotel and actually slept. The hotel itself is OK but nothing special. If you want anything like customer service you should look elsewhere.

We arrived and they didn’t have a double bed room like we booked. Instead gave us a single bed and a pull out couch. The room was DIRTY and STINKS!

Poorly maintained hotel

Candlewood is clean and safe. Needs some upgrades like smart TV's. Property needs exterior maintenance and inside is dated.

Everything is dated. Took several tries to get a key card that worked.

It was average. It’s high season so everything is expensive

Staff was friendly and helpful.

As a single woman traveling for business, I did not feel safe. The second night there, a man tried following me to my room. I am sure it was a one time thing but I was not comfortable and checked out early.

Property was very close to the medical facility we were visiting, and the staff was absolutely fantastic!

The room was nice enough. Big bathroom and a full size fridge. The coffee maker had to be replaced twice whichvthe staff was quick to do. If i have any complaint it was the bed, it was like sleeping on a granite slab.

Comfortable beds liked the kitchenette. Peaceful and quiet.

Safe and quiet, and friendly staff.

The single suite I had was comfortably sized and had all the features I needed.
