The accommodation has just been renovated. The room smells of paint. When I informed the staff, they said to stay for 1 night because the accommodation is full and cannot be moved to another room. In the morning, when someone checks out, they will move to another room. I asked for a refund to move out and find a new place to stay, but they did not give it to me. They said to contact Traveloka by myself. This is the second time I have stayed here. The first time I had a good experience with this accommodation, but this time I booked the first round for 3 nights and the second round for 2 nights. The same problem was not solved. It is very bad. If you only care about the income and do not care about the customers. Don’t come to stay at this bad hotel.
