Super close to the airport, yet surprisingly quiet. The desk staff were wonderful.

We chose this hotel for a quick night stay before an early flight. Service while, very good, was very slow. it appeared to be only one person working! Also, we signed up for an early shuttle ride, only to get down and the shuttle driver tell us there wasn't enough room for us since they had accepted others who were not on the list. very frustrating. Overall, Hyatt Place is always a totally fine place to rest your head for a night. not a place i'd stay for more than that.

The hotel provided taxi service was unlicensed and required Venmo for payment. He also averaged about 35 mph over the speed limit and was extremely unsafe in his driving

The breakfast was lacking. Would like to have had more fresh fruit and also yogurt cups.

The hotel is dated. The service was slow. It definitely smells a bit moldy. It wasn’t the worst cleanliness wise but it definitely could you a deep clean. Floor felt sticky.

I had a great stay and have been back on different occasions in the past and will be back in the future I have an opinion that if the room has a single shoe

Airport shuttle only runs at the top of the hour and it’s first come. I was told to come later and missed the flight shuttle. The front desk person told me it was the other woman’s fault and didn’t help me. Eventually he asked the driver (who was just sitting out front) if we would make another run. Which he did. Wasn’t there long enough to comment on other aspects of the hotel but this piece was important considering it’s near the airport.

Lovely hotel. Big rooms and super comfortable beds. Very nice breakfast with many option's. Friendly staff who ensure comfort, reliable service with airport shuttle and fast check in and out. Great location to Metro.

Wonderful. I gave 4 stars only because the shower head was horrible. Otherwise great place

It was busy at breakfast

My room wasn't prepared with bath towels when I checked in, and I didn't realize it until the next morning when I took a shower. I did not enjoy trying to dry off with just a hand towel! Other than that, the experience was fine.

We only stayed one night. Room was clean. Quiet. Front desk staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast Buffet was limited but adequate. Bed was soft but comfortable.
