This was our second stay within 2 days at this facility. Both times we had our 2 dogs with us. On the first stay we checked in and out without mention of a pet fee. When we checked out the second time the front desk person advised of a $75 fee. I told her that no one had mentioned that. I signed nothing stating I knew about a fee. She did not offer to waive it until I stated that it was bad business to try to charge a fee at checkout that I was not made aware of. She waived it but was not friendly about it. I said thank you and have a nice day when I left and she said nothing. That ruined my good feelings about the facility. Everyone else was very welcoming though.

The coffee maker in the room didn’t work and we had to ask for hand soap for our bathroom. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Parking was good. Would have liked more amenities. Staff was great!

The staff were amazing and very accommodating. They were doing renovations so it was impossible to drive to the front of the building and come in the front door. It would’ve been nice to know that ahead of time. My bathroom floor had long dark hair on it which led me to believe the floor may not have been cleaned properly. I found it the night I arrived. I was there to attend a funeral and awoke to hammering on the floor below me. The hotel was nice but it would’ve been great to have a heads up.

For the Hilton floors were dirty in our room, needed swept, no toilet paper in the room not enough towels, shower, Most of the water came out the bottom Spicket instead of the shower toilet was clogged the whole time we were there. The Front check-in staff was not friendly whatsoever. Ask multiple questions. Got a snarky answer each time and I was only asking simple things. They should’ve already told us I asked where the pool was. I asked where could I get a cup of coffee, etc. very disappointed for the Hilton at $300 a night. funny thing was when we checked in she said our room was recently renovated walls and doors needed cleaned. We were barely there so didn’t feel like complaining never get you anywhere anyway had to ask for tissues toilet paper and towels room should’ve been ready they were absolutely not busy

We assumed we could book a Hilton Garden Inn and receive a high-quality experience. However, the top bed linens were not clean with visible spots, a very large hole in our window screen and the pullout couch was in poor repair. The property was not well maintained at all. Although we could tell that at one time it had been a very nice place. We mistakenly assumed that a property bearing the Hilton name would maintain a certain standard.

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room carpet was dingy and has seen better days. We checked in late, almost midnight, and were leaving early the next morning. The room was so noisy I would not recommend. The small refrigerator cycled on and off with a loud compressor hum, then the air conditioner would cycle on and off even louder, plus the elevators next to the room were very loud. This room fell far below hotel brand.

I found a bug on the bedding and although our room was moved it was to a lesser quality room

the pool area was dirty and the hot tub was down.

Rooms are worn and can use an update. Beds are past their life span. Area around the complex is dirty and could use attention. Room AC was very loud so had to keep the temperatures warmer to be able to fall asleep

Everything was amazing! It was a very quiet hotel and very relaxing. The people who worked there were very nice. The bed was very comfy. The water pressure in the shower was amazing which is so random to list but i personally love that! I also loved the mini cafe area thing in the lobby. They had good prices and a good selection.

Checked in late. Toilet clogged. No toilet paper and no regular coffee or cream for coffee machine. Not what I was expecting for price

I always enjoy staying here. The staff is great, the rooms are always clean. I feel more like at home here

I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The staff was very friendly and kind. The room was fantastic. Beautiful, spacious and very clean! I will definitely stay here again.
