I did like the fact that i booked this location mainly for my family to have a swim day and the pool was terrible. We couldn't swim at all. It looked like it haven't been clean for period of time. Will not be returning

The staff were great. Awesome customer service. No issues on our end. Will definitely stay there again.

Although the hotel was a good hotel, the parking was terrible because all the construction crew working on either this hotel or nearby places stayed at this hotel took up every other parking spot closest to the entry doors so I had to park closer to another hotel. Very inconvenient. The morning breakfast was not even mid level. The eggs were fake eggs, and the danishes were old and dry. Coffee creamer in my room was old, curdled in my coffee. Coffee was out at 7am in the lobby, and when I told the front desk they looked at me like “how dare you”.

The rooms are always very neat the beds are always very comfortable and the staff is just tremendous.

The breakfast staff seemed rude. And work was being done. Hard to find parking and had to paid for parking even tho they shared parking with another hotel.

This is one of the best hotels in Lancaster from the friendly staff clean rooms and absolutely wonderful tasting food for breakfast every stay is always wonderful.

Enjoyed my stay. Nice room and thank you for daily maid service. Why a parking fee when it is not near anything.. (Jethawks stadium is closed to change it to a soccer place) like Lancaster needs another one… overall nice clean hotel!!

Hotel is under construction. Only one elevator was working, and we were at the opposite end of the hotel, near the construction. Will be nice when it is done. But didn’t appreciate my husband having to either walk stairs, or hike on his bad feet to the other end of the hotel to catch an elevator. All handicap rooms should be near an elevator.

We had a nice family trip. We love Homewood suites, they are our go to for hotel stays. It is really nice and a money saver to have a kitchenette!

Ask for ada room was not.a/c not working properly and bathroom lite out. Few mis haps.

The room had smelled musty in the kitchen/living room area. The bedroom was fine. I loved having a good sized refrigerator. The bathroom vanity needed to be touched up because some of the paint had chipped off. Beds were nice.

Staff was very helpful. Destiny had called us after our stay to let us know we left some things behind in out room. Very professional. Reccomend to anyone visiting the Lancaster/ AV area

It was good but not told about having to pay for parking and there was no handicap available having been calling regarding a left item for 3days a have been getting the run around and still have not gotten an answer.

stay was amazing! staff is incredibly nice. The only thing I didn't like was the sofa bed. :( it was very uncomfortable and mattress was pretty dirty.

It was ok. I expected more from a Hilton.

Staff was amazing, however, room was not in the best condition. Door was falling off in the kitchen, microwave light did not work and room was missing the room number name plate. Stayed here for a business trip, paid nearly $400 for 2 nights which is fine but I would expect better than this from a Hilton.

Bathroom was not clean. Could hear neighbors alarm going off at 4:00 am. Paper thin walls.
