The beautiful pool and beautiful grounds are very very nice! Loved it. The King Size bed was good. Loved the different variety of coffee options. Thank you. The kitchenette and bathroom had issues: - spout in the sink was so close to the front edge that water spilt over the counter when rinsing dishes. - the counter is a poor arrangement for preparing a meal and cooking. - on the stove, the one burner at the back took forever to heat up. - table for eating at, was tilting and wobbly. Impossible to sit and eat at without spilling drinks. - the shower stall had nowhere to place soap, shampoo etc while showering. The floor of the shower is not very convenient for placing these items.

Large pool i didn't use but sure enjoyed the hot tub after riding in rain and arriving soaked. On site restaurant was excellent!

Always a great time here. Check in was 3 hrs late due to staff not being there to clean but they let us use the pool to wait which made up for it . One of our fav spots to visit

What a beautiful place, the pool and outdoor space was amazing. The hot tub however was barely warm when we went one evening, the only other thing that was disappointing was that there wasn't a fitness center The first room we were assigned was occupied so the staff took good care of us and gave us a beautiful suite. Wonderful experience

The property was beautiful with beautiful grounds and pool. Staff was lovely! The rooms are a bit dated and need some renovation but overall we loved the pool and the amenities. We will be back!

The pool was why we booked, and it was truly a hit for our young family. Our kids are all 6 and under and they absolutely loved it. The hot tub however worked about 1/2 the time. The room was okay (older and 1/2 renovated) but to call the kitchenette a kitchenette, is an insult to all kitchenettes out there. Don’t count on having any sort of useful kitchen! The fridge as well looks like it’s from the 60s, and the ice build up in the freezer was so bad that we could hardly use it. If you’re booking for a good pool experience, this was great, but just know that the rest of the stay is quite mediocre.

Good stay but hot tub was dirty

The room was nice however the sink would not drain, it took a lot of time for the water to go down the drain. The hot water was non existent unless you showered late in the night or before 7. With a bit of much needed maintenance this place wouldn’t take much to get a higher rating.

The change room by the pool was filthy. The door to the toilet was missing. The rooms were very dated with cheap furniture. The curtains didn’t fully close. The pool is the main attraction.

The location and the pool are the two reasons to come back to this hotel. I'd give those both 5 stars. On the other hand, the staff aren't welcoming and our room wasn't cleaned once in the 3 nights we were there. The air conditioning is really noisy and the room was quite dated.

Bed was comfortable and AC was great but room was filthy and dated. Fridge was filthy and bathroom tiles were cracked and grout missing on dirty floor. Floor flooded around toilet when showering

As far as the overall hotel is great, but when you get there, no place to park even the check-in and then your surprise by a $50 parking fee, which is never indicated ahead of time so it is a bit of a shocker

Hilltop has two building before book make sure hotel or motel otherwise they will push you in motel does not matter how much you paid .dont go on their pictures that they post on website.

The saving grace for this hotel is the pool. The area around the pool and the pool itself are excellent. The rooms are old with some renovations. There is nowhere to put anything in the bathroom with a tiny pedestal sink. The curtains are too small for the window in the bedroom area so the light comes in in the morning. Taking the spider webs out of the window would be nice too. The housekeepers do not know how to make a bed with tucked in sheets and no wrinkles. Our beds looked like they were already slept in.

The rooms were a bit outdated, A/C noisy, but beds were comfy. Pools could use some cleaning. All in all was a very pleasant stay.
