My vacation would be much more enjoyable if there wasn't a construction site right next to the hotel. The air was thick with dust, and there was constant drilling and construction noise. I think this construction will last for another one or two years, which is terrible. Although it's not the hotel's fault, my vacation was definitely affected. The customer service and rooms were quite nice; not brand new, but always clean and well-maintained.

The staff were enthusiastic and lovely.

Central location, near the night market, right on the beach. Clean, beautiful rooms. The staff are all very nice and enthusiastic. The restaurant on the first floor is very good, the bar on the ground floor is also very good. Next time I will still choose here.

Hotel facilities are old. Staff are nice and supportive by giving us great advice for having duplex beds instead of extra bed with same price. My kids love it. Breakfast was acceptable. Value for money. 1.7mio + 500k for extra bed. Walking distance to Night Market and other restaurants.

The hotel is located right in the center, so it is very convenient to go sightseeing and shopping, the service is friendly and enthusiastic, the bedroom is very soundproof. I used the restaurant's dinner buffet, edible, not special. The hotel's massage service is ok, my family had a very good experience while staying here

I have a serious problem

steam room with many steps, not suitable for small children. beautiful view, small room

Nice beach view, private beach area, very helpful staffs, the receptionist Ann, the bellboy ryan and other guy (forget his name) which always welcome me by calling my name (incredible memory) at the gate. Only the breakfast is ok just some foods taste plain. During my 2 nights stay I can recommend this hotel...

Beach area was not clean as well.
