Excellent little b&b especially for the price - Very impressed! Couldnt fault how clean it was, very friendly owners, little extras in our room (tissues, a fan, fridge, shampoo and conditioner), great transport (buses outside every 10mins), walking distance to the seafront, local pub, and many restaurants. Internet was good. We didnt have long enough to do lots but were lots of places nearby that i would love to come back and see. Looking forward to staying again soon, wouldnt definately come back! Excellent hosts - Claire and Stuart are very warm, caring and lovely to stay with. Excellent location and easy access - a short drive, bus ride (bus stop just outside hotel) or 15mins walk to the harbour.

The owners are lovely. The breakfast is very good. Made you feel very welcome.

We stayed for 7 nights. A good size room and choice of full English breakfast or omelettes with as much tea/coffee/juice as you wanted although I would have liked some fruit .The Host Clare was very friendly and adhered to the Covid rules. The only item lacking was a dressing table mirror. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Good value for money

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in all the world. Clare and Stuart are incredibly friendly, down to earth hard working hosts and nothing is a problem. Simple things like going out of their way to get ice so we could have a g&t in our room! Ok so it’s a cross between a B&B and a hotel with 80’s decor in some areas that needs updating but it adds to the character of what is essentially a stunning property. And most of all the hotel is immaculately clean - Clare and Stuart take so much pride in everything they do. Breakfast excellent. Parking limited but off road, free parking on road opposite. Location great - 5 mins walk to Torre station, 15 min walk to seafront/town downhill or the no. 12 bus is regular. Superb value stay - will definitely stay again. Nice character hotel, Well managed and clean. Our room was satisfactory and ready on arrival. The bed was comfortable and tastefully decorated and shower room clean. Clair is very welcoming and helpful and very attentive to your needs. A great full English breakfast each day, well cooked by Stuart and presented by Clair. Restricted parking space but easy overcome. We would be happy to stay again. A satisfied customer.

Brilliant little hotel and great value.

Claire was friendly, helpful and welcoming, and left me to enjoy my stay and the local area. The room was spotless, comfortable, warm and with everything you would need. I slept like a baby and the breakfast was more than adequate. I will definitely be returning at some point, as Torbay is a magnificent area to explore and relax, and there are very high quality places to stay like this for such a reasonable price.
