The hotel said there was no shuttle even though the Hotels.com site there was one.

The property was adequate, however the amenities were not as described in the property listing. I did not have wifi in my room, no gym access, spa was not staffed, no shampoo (only soap and body wash was provided. Front desk was unable to provide shampoo, fix the internet issue or provide information regarding the spa or gym access when asked. In 2 weeks, I did not get a clean water glass, but also did not mention this to the staff. It was disappointing, however, I did stay approximately 2 weeks, since the hotel was close proximity to a friend’s home.

Poor customer service, act as though they really don’t care, exposed wires, lights flickering, aircon not working, windows with full opening danger for kids, smoking is everywhere!! THIS CANNOT BE A 4 STAR!!! Should be a 2 at best!

Good breakfest , near park if you like Morning jogging, good value Minus -thin walls, whenneighbour next room started to call at midnight his parents in India I hear him like he sits in my room
