The stay was overall okay, but it did not fully meet my expectations. The reception staff were polite and welcoming, but the restaurant experience was below the standard I am used to. The staff there seemed unmotivated, and small details in the service were missing. The Wi-Fi was very poor, and the room, especially the bathroom, felt outdated considering the price level. When paying around 2,000 Danish kroner for one night, I would expect a more modern standard. I stay in hotels around 120 nights a year, so I notice these things quickly.
