We went disappointed staff didn't replace dirty cups and glasses during our week stay. Food was great.

Great hotel location next to brewery. I do believe for the lack of comforts of the room it is overpriced! You are definitely paying for locations and name. I would not stay here again for the price I paid of $225 a night without breakfast. Room small and no real comforts and AC could hardly keep up. I had to go to my car and bring up a fan. Staff was friendly.

This is a property situated very close to the Centrum. A small boutique hotel, but very clean and efficient. However, on a cold European morning to start the day without a coffee was very bad.! They did not have a coffee maker in the room and flatly said we don’t give it for rooms on the third floor. Of course, we could get one at the breakfast and incidentally the breakfast had very good choices of food. Would have rated higher if only they were more considerate in moving a coffee maker to my room !!

Great staff and very convenient and quiet hotel if you’re planning on visiting Pilsner urquell brewery. It’s a 5 mn walk from the train station and 5 mn from the brewery. The old town is also a 10-15mn walk from there.

Excellent breakfast buffet.

One of our favorite places to stay when we visit Plzen. We’ve stayed here multiple times and have always been pleased with the staff and facilities. Close walk to Pilsner Urquell and a nice walk to downtown. Will stay here again on our next trip!

Beautiful new hotel, central, next to the Pilsen brewery city, close to town…

Great location right across the street from the brewery and a few min walk from the train station. You can see the hotel sign from the station. Also, a lot of benefits: complimentary drink voucher, snacks/bottled water on exec level, breakfast included.

Stayed for just one night. Conveniently located to places to shop and eat.

Fast check-in and check-out. The hotel is at a crossroads, but I couldn't hear any noise (the windows weren't facing the roadway), the park and football stadium are nearby, as well as the train station. The room is normal, clean on the fourth floor, room 428. The bathroom has underfloor heating. I had nightmares the whole night, I guess the room has not good energy). There is a coffee maker in the room. Breakfast was the usual. All in all I was satisfied.

Very happy with my stay. Close to the city center, we were glad to discover this beautiful town. The car park was a big plus. Liked the facilities and the room. Clean, comfortable with coffee and tea facilities. I recommend this hotel and will be glad to stay there again.

Generally service was good, hotel needs a renovation though. Lot of wear and tear in common areas and rooms need refurbishment.

Hotel lobby and staff are very lovely. Unfortunately, rooms are very outdated and could be a bit cleaner.

Great location, 100m from the central train station and on the door step and a direct walk over bridge of the Pilsner urquell factory. 5 minute walk to the city center.

Everything was perfect, good location and nice staff

Excellent hotel, very close to the central station. Friendly, helpful staff gladly switched our rooms when the TV didn't work. Several English language channels. Nice variety for breakfast, definitely worth the 10 euros. Easy 5-10 minute walk to old town. Would definitely stay here again.

We wanted to visit a spa and beer bath on short notice. This hotel provided great quality in a great location with great value. Would visit again.
