Beautiful hotel with excellent and caring staff. Very well kept and comfortable rooms and nice shuttle to private area of beach. Would definitely come again

I recently completed a stay at Hilton Corniche and while the property itself has potential, and some of the staff were extremely supportive like ( Alaa from housekeeping and Nashwa from coffee bar at the resturant) The sheer lack of professionalism, incompetence, and disregard for guest privacy made this one of the most frustrating hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Two specific incidents during our stay highlighted how severely this hotel struggles with basic operations and policy enforcement. Incident 1: The Bathroom Lock-In (A Complete Management Failure) During our stay, we reported an issue with the bathroom door lock. A maintenance team was dispatched to our room to fix it. While working, *the maintenance staff somehow managed to lock *themselves* inside our suite's bathroom. While accidents happen, the handling of the situation was an utter comedy of errors: *Zero Communication, Poor Handling* The staff were trapped inside for nearly an hour and eventually manged to get out through brute force, with no clear update from front-desk management on the final resolution which resulted in me following up with them multiple times to get the issue resolved.

The photos online are not accurate, it seems photoshop work but not true. Bathrooms on the beach side is not clean and have bad smell. I didn’t like this place and it’s too expensive compared to other location and other cities.

Room was clean, with nice view of the Mediterranean. They were slightly outdated though. Breakfast was wonderful, and the staff were always kind and willing to help.

Highly recommend place to stay. It could be pricey but it worth every penny! You have a private access to the beach. The entire staff are friend, helpful and just awesome over all. Breakfast is great, drinks are great. Rooms are clean, and service employees are very nice! You going with family and kids? This is the place to stay at. Plus it is close to everything you might need to get or go see!

This was the ideal hotel, GREAT STAFF, GREAT restaurants-all 3, GREAT location, Great Spa upscale, well maintained, very clean, beautiful lobby, staff takes care of everything. We had an exquisite Mediterranean Sea view, again LOVED the staff all throughout the hotel-those at the door, security, front desk, restaurants, spa, cleaning service, all so beautiful, friendly, helpful, etc. This hotel would be my first choice if I stay in Alexandria again!

staff is awesome specially at the reception I experienced a nice short stay Room is pretty clean Breakfast is good the only observation I think as per my experience during previous stays in other Hiltons around the world and other know. hotel chains better to make free coffee corner to let be self serving so it gets quicker or to offer the coffee over the tables as some hotels do View is really nice

Just there no breakfast for us this is the only thing I miss it I paid more than $369 Canadian dollars no breakfast they said you have to pay for it

Our suite wasn’t cleaned once during our stay, only once did someone try and we told them to come back but they didn’t.So no towels no water replenished.Also no breakfast included in our booking which was a surprise to us.

Hardly slept at all as the noise outside was so loud. Would not stay here in the future
