Very Nice

Not sure what happened to this place. I have been coming here for years, I arrived last night for my reservation. The room was ok. But was missing toilet paper and there were several mosquitos in my room. I called the front desk and no answers.

The hotel was nice ,second night we stared we purchased another coffee when I got to the room I realized that housekeeping hadnt left me coffee in the room .So regardless I bought an extra one so my husband was the only one that had coffee at night

Beautiful private property. Quiet, plenty of parking, clean installations, nice decor, and comfortable beds.

I really enjoyed my stay at Áurea Hotel in Guadalajara. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and I loved having a kitchenette—it made the stay feel even more convenient and homey. What stood out the most was all the greenery around the property. The landscaping is beautiful and gives the hotel such a relaxing and peaceful atmosphere. I’d definitely stay here again!

Horrible experience, the restaurant doesn’t allow you to substitute anything in the menu that is not negotiable. We ask for them to bring water to our room that was impossible I had to go to the restaurant and buy water. The drain in the bathroom didn’t work to the point when we took a shower the water came all the way to the room from the bathroom horrible experience I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I was surprised at the property became of negative reviews.

Pool was murky and elevators needed a good scrubbinh

Pool was full of sharp Broken tile where my child cut her hand and my husband cut his foot. We left after 1 day and went to a much better hotel. Sad that the web pictures don’t represent the tru condition of the hotel.

The hotel itself was in good shape, and the rooms were clean. It felt safe, and the location was great—literally walking distance from La Perla mall, which is an awesome spot for breakfast or dinner. Definitely a must-visit. My daughter enjoyed the pool, and there’s a small gym available if you want to get a quick workout in. As for the staff, they were fine—not rude, but definitely not as friendly as some other reviews made them out to be. A bit on the snooty side at the front desk. A couple of downsides: the pillows were seriously hard—like sleeping on rocks. Also, if you leave the bathroom door closed, you can sometimes smell sewer odor seeping in, which was pretty unpleasant.

Clean and quiet. Had reservations ready to go. Do not recommend food from restaurant. But it was quick to be served! Everyone was very nice and helpful.

Áurea is a nice hotel and I had a pleasant stay. The hotel grounds are quiet and very well maintained. Service is good and there appears to be constant cleaning. My room was roomy and comfortable. My shower had hot water and good water pressure. My bed was comfortable and clean. The only downside to my stay was that when the lights went out, without fail little cockroaches and other bugs would come out. If I turned on the lights there was usually a few crawling around. Maybe better fumigation is needed.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, las habitaciones están en muy buenas condiciones, desafortunadamente no pudimos disfrutar de la alberca porque había un tipo muy borracho con más personas en las mesas bebiendo y con botanas a lo grande (aún cuando hay letreros que dicen que está prohibido hacerlo) y con un ambiente muy pesado y no había nadie del hotel de seguridad que checar a eso. A las 4 de la mañana había gente haciendo mucho relajo gritando y bebiendo afuera de las habitaciones, tuve que salir a pedirles que guardaran silencio después de un buen rato ya que nadie del hotel estaba al pendiente de ello. El hotel bien pero les falta cuidado de estos detalles de seguridad para que todos los huéspedes puedan descansar y disfrutar
