Tidy place to stay for a couple of nights - close to the ADO stop. Unfortunately the voucher for the welcome drink was only valid on the day of arrival which was not explained to us. Quite a lot of road noise from early in the morning and late into the night which disrupted sleep. Lots of food options within a short walk and right next to a large department store/supermarket.

The property description says they have electric car charging on site, but they do not. To avoid a serious problem, electric vehicle drivers should plan to charge elsewhere.

Excellent hotel. The room was nicely furnished, light, and a good bathroom with room to place toiletries. The fruit in the room was a really nice gesture

My stay was overall good. Rooms are OK quality but restaurant food quality is very good. We had a very nice diner and breakfast at the hotel.

No iron board and iron in my room.

Nice clean hotel, nice pool area and convenient with the supermarket next door. Enjoyed our stay during our trip to Palenque to see the archeological site and surrounding area.

We received top notch customer service. The room was amazing and the location was excellent. We enjoyed our time in Palenque because of the choice to stay at Tulija.

Convenient location for driving to Palenque ruins. Nice warm pool. Well appointed room, with good quiet air conditioning. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Car parking was available at the front.

Room was ok but noisy, parking spaces are limited and it seems used mainly by the hotel’s staff. They promised a fiscal invoice from the restaurant, they didn’t send it, they also refused to issue an invoice for my stay arguing Expedia must issue it. We were the first guests at the restaurant for breakfast, they opened late and the table assigned to us was dirty, bead crumbs all over the place and clearly visible food stains from the day before.

Everything was good except the hotel room was extremely hot.

The hotel is very nice. Lots of amenities and the wait staff was friendly. The desk staff however were the worst I have ever encountered anywhere: unfriendly and discourteous. Parking is difficult because patrons park as they please and the rules aren't enforced. It does have a good central location and Chedraui is next door.
