Didn’t change sheets of bed and a lot of construction in the area

It was just Okay. Conveniently located but has few troubles - bathroom had big dryer fan on the floor ?? Not sure why, though they removed it promptly after we reported. Then room door was dragging down and making loud noises when opening and closing. Lastly, Sunday morning ran out super early like 45mins before closing time. Staff seems not willing to refill the items.

An excellent location to the venue I was going, clean beds, front desk very helpful.

Bathroom tub needs to be maintained well and room should be more cleaner

Building needs a lot of updates. Staff was friendly and helpful. Waited about 15-20 minutes to check in which was in the evening as there was no one the desk.

Our room had just been cleaned of mold it was horrible had to leave my granddaughters asthma was triggered. Never again

The floor was uneven. Like the woods missing under the carpet. In the shower the floor creeks really bad like it’s falling down. Checkout is at 11 and at 8am they were banging on my door wanting to clean my room. I was still asleep!

i came in to the room on the day of checkout around 9:30 am looking at the crew changing the sheets when i have not even checked out the room yet. the crew said that i have already checked out my room when my stuff is already inside the room. This is very unprofessional. The breakfast was very bad at best. Overall a very bad experience.

There was no hot water in shower.

The first room that we got put in smelled like marijuana. It had two marijuana cigarette butts on the floor in the room. The shower was not working the handle was loose and burned us. I went to the front desk and asked for a screwdriver to tighten the handle. They then changed us to room 309. This was the worst stay ever from the rooms being dirty and then having to change rooms. Definitely a bad review and will not be staying there again.

This hotel was clean in appearance but the sheets on our bed needed to be changed because they had been slept on. There was a roach in our bathroom. One other thing I booked through Expedia at the rate of $104 per night and they charged me $129 for 1 room and $127 for the 2nd room.

Smells terrible, the towels looks like have 30 years of service, Internet never worked, really disappointed with this place, I use a lot Holiday bit this time was terrible

Property was not up to date! Very outdated and not the cleanest property! Not the holiday inn express experience I’ve come to know!

This hotel need some upgrades , need some pest control, the only good was the breakfast
