Very friendly staff! They were genuinely kind and helpful.

Nice new hotel with excellent continental breakfast buffet!

The staff need to be more interested in the guest especially if they smile and try to engage them to get local information. A small perk that is free is a smile.

The hotel is clean and the service is great as well. It's a bit far from downtown, however, there is a bus stop right infront of the hotel. Uber aslo is an option which is one of the cheapest in Europe

This is nice hotel, the staff was very helpful, the room is in descent size and clean. The parking is very easy.

Very convenient if you don't mind being outside of the city centre, using bolt, walking to the beach and major places. Easy access to bus. Staff are helpful and friendly. Breakfast has good variety and was better than other places I've stayed.

Pleasant hotel between Porto Airport and Matosinhos. Rooms are small but adequate. Very clean. Mediocre shower. Good breakfast and friendly staff.

The only issue was the AC cut out every few hours in the night and the room got hot and had to get up and rest it
