The room is spacious and has a bathtub, good for families.

It was not my first visit to the Royal Benja but it will certainly be the last. Apart from the rock hard beds that I already knew existed, the nasty smells of exhaust or maybe just the “old”, were most unpleasant. The ACs are obviously not cleaned regularly. Breakfast is an insult to this meal! The products are of poor quality, the coffees and teas undrinkable and I'm not even talking about what they call orange juice which must be the result of a mix of water and orange-flavored powder. The staff is generally quite nice and helpful with the exception of the breakfast manager.

Carpet smells terrible. Do not have hot water. Leaking toilet. Terrible

ok hotel, breakfast was, dedicated staff!

I brought 2 guests, our front office had to pay the hotel for 800x2 = BTH 1600 BTH, we felt disappointed. If possible, ask what money the hotel collects without receipts.

I do not like the rules. Comfortable room There are separate beds for the children. Very important food. Available in various sizes.
