Location is good. Air con was not working in our room, despite discissions it was not fixed.

Hotel was great. Had a grand lobby. The staff were very nice and multilingual. The room was updated and large. Quiet location a bit far for walking to the sights, but there is a tram system just around the corner to take you anywhere. The hotel was very close to the main train station. The hotel breakfast was simple and delicious. I did not have a vehicle so cannot say about parking. But if I had longer of a trip to see more of the city, I’d likely opt to be closer to the attractions. Otherwise for a quick trip I would certainly stay here again. Very nice hotel

This Hotel was ideally situated for the railway stations, staff were very helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good and a roof top bar was a big bonus.

This is a nice Hotel, conveniently located near the station. It worked for me. Room was clean, though there was a slighlty unpleasant smell. Breakfast was pleasant, with a nice selection of savory and sweet items. The terrace on the roof was also pleasant, though dated.

Great location,basic breakfast ,but the rooms need improvement

This hotel has a good location. It is several blocks from the Milan central station. Across the street is a mini supermarket where you can buy water or drinks. Walk two blocks to the metro station. The hotel is old-world charming. The bathroom is spacious and luxurious. The breakfast is great. I will stay here again if I come back to Milan next time.

Centre of the city, 8 mins walk from the Milan Central station, Metro station is very nearby. Check in was smooth, hotel staff was friendly, kitchen staff was very helpful, breakfast was excellent. Will definitely choose this place on our next visit.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the Centrale Milano Train station. Walkable to the Duomo Milano also.

We chose this hotel for its close proximity to Milano Centrale train station. The property is in need of maintenance and food options for breakfast were limited. Staff did not seem friendly and still have a glass barrier up around hotel reception from the COVID days - it gives the impression they want to keep their distance from guests! The hotel is surrounded by nice streets and was close to transport and restaurants.

Hotel convenient to main train station but away from tourist attractions Room was beautiful and bed comfortable with aircon Roof top bar was an added bonus to watch the sunset

Having to park blocks away was terrible. The staff didn't convey the price of laundry so we ended up paying a ridiculous amount for laundry service. The breakfast was Ok.

The standard was good. Cleaning and service excellent. Excellent location. I was unlucky with the room and got a window to the back-alley (with no light). This happens sometimes. There was no coffee, nor water heater in the room, nor no coffee in the reception. For a 4 star hotel (and combined with the service I was offered) I would expect this. Overall a good stay though.

The property was beautiful and the salon was beautiful to sit in. Great breakfast and coffee. We liked being so close to tram and could walk many places of interest.' Our room was beautiful design, especially the bathroom. Red swirling marble. Very nice and convenient.
