Enchanting hotel within the heart of Bergamo, lots of boutique and high street brands in walking distance. Also near the train station, bars, restaurants, café's and gelaterie - reception can recommend. The staff are always courteous and you will receive a warm welcome.

Bergamo is an excellent pre Christmas destination and this hotel has a fantastic location.

It was nice and clean, the staff were polite and helpful. Happy for me to leave my bag while i explored the town. Breakfast was nice. No complaints at all.

Location is superb for this hotel - can walk to just about everything. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the buffet breakfast is wonderful. The “gym” is laughable, carpets are worn and much of the trim needs painting. Bottom line good value for the price but if you’re used to top notch hotels this isn’t the one - it’s a typical older European hotel.

Slightly old rooms but very clean and perfect in every other way for my one night stay in Bergamo.

This hotel is located at 10min walk from the train station. Just across the road is a bus to go up to la citta’ alta. Staff, ALL very friendly and helpful…

We had an excellent time!

It was poor condition of the room plus 4 mosquitos was flying inside the room, front desk was very friendly, but they charged 7 euro taxes. It says in booking that all taxes and fees included.

A very clean, nice quality hotel in a great location. Lots of Italian character, but everything worked very well. Breakfast was a bargain. The staff were really helpful, in fact they all were very helpful and were always very polite and welcoming.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I messed up my in room vault combination (of course right before departure, with passports etc in) and they went to great lengths to get somebody to open it quickly

The room is made for travelers: lots of countertops, comfortable chair, good use of space. It was quiet despite being on a Main Street. Excellent location! 10 min walk to funicular to upper town. Garage two doors from hotel. Friendly reception. Large, varied breakfast buffet

Quick overnight stay prior to an early flight. No breakfast required, concierge spoke fluent English and was able to advise on tourist trips and local restaurants. Hotel was clean and central, close to the train station and bus routes. Room was comfy and clean.
