Friendly Staff , clean rooms and decent breakfast ., Spa & Pool well maintained

Nice enough but no extras e.g., no lotion, coffee, water in room. The pools closed at 7 pm. There was no explanation of services offered. The staff members were very nice.

Older traditional Italian hotel. Staff was tolerant of Anericans. Did not speak much English, and we did not speak any Italian. Restaurant is reservations only, and choice of meals/entrees is not an option... Must eat what is being served. Great spa. Many pools to choose from. Late check-out (until 7:00PM) was great.

The place seemed geared for pensioners - thothing wrong with that if you are in that age bracket, but the pool was as hot as a bath and I was met with a surpirse bill of 46 euros when checking out for use of the pool, which was not signed anywhere. I have never come across the use of the pool as a surcharge before! The main bar area was dominated by a ballroom dancing class.

Ik had een ruime kamer, badkamer was oké maar wel verouderd kleine douche cabine Ontbijt was karige en goedkoop geen 4 sterren waard en begint laat om 7:30 uur ik mocht wel eerder beginnen maar dan ligt niet alles, zwembad vond ik wel goed alleen beperkt openingstijden vind ik van 9:00 tot 19:00uur ik wil meestal in de ochtend zwemmen nu kan het niet . Receptie ze waren wel vriendelijke en behulpzaam

Ich habe mich von Anfang an sehr willkommen und gut betreut gefühlt. Die Aufmerksamkeit und Herzlichkeit des Teams haben meinen Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Hotel un po' datato, avrebbe bisogno di un lifting in molte sue parti. Dalla piscina esterna si vedono molte parti in muratura scrostate e con ruggine dove si innestano le ringhiere. I bagni turchi poi avevano uno sgradevole odore di muffa. Dovrebbero essere radicalmente disinfettati.

Piacevole soggiorno, dimensione familiare, personale gentile e disponibile. Ottima temperatura dell'acqua delle piscine. Peccato che quando abbiamo realizzato che ci hanno accreditato il costo di una cena in più, il titolare non ci ha rivolto nemmeno una dovuta frase di scuse!
