Thank you for our stay at your hotel. This was our second visit, and we opted for the half-board package. We rate almost all services positively: the dining area and its staff were perfect, the garage service was excellent, housekeeping was good, and the pool and bicycles were a great addition. The only issue we have to point out is that, despite having booked our accommodation back in January, we were given a room with water damage. Although reception offered us a discount, we felt it was very unfair that we weren't warned about this beforehand, even though the staff knew about it. A simple message in advance or an honest explanation right at check-in would have sufficed. We would be happy to return in the future.

We had a wonderful short getaway with my partner. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. We really enjoyed the delicious breakfast, and our room was beautiful, comfortable, and had a lovely view of the sea. The massage was also excellent and very relaxing. Overall, we had a great experience and would happily return!

We had a great experience at the Astoria. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The biscuits at the reception very appreciated. Our Junior Suite was well appointed. Great bathroom and very good towels and robes. The balcony and views amazing. The only thing missing were kettles for making tea and coffee in the rooms. Also wine glasses as there were bottles for sale in the room.

The hotel looks like it was modern back in 1980. The wellness area is unfortunately a bit disappointing. The sauna and steam bath are more like a kids' party, no sign of relaxation whatsoever. On the positive side, the breakfast buffet is very extensive and delicious.

Not very friendly customer approach when calling beforehand to confirm the stay and asking about construction works- which were only communicated to us 1 day before coming, and was a quite unpleasant situation for us, as we wanted to come to your hotel specifically for the pool and bar on top floor, which we very much enjoyed last time. This was also not compensated in any way, despite me calling and kindly asking to somehow reflect it in a small compensation.
