Very friendly staff.

The hotel is relatively close to the colossium, fountain and forum. Breakfast was wonderful. Room is nice. Elivator is a little scary.

Great location right in the middle of the city. Easy to walk to most of the monuments. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioning worked great.

Hotel was perfectly located in the heart of Rome. Wakable distance to all major attractions. Room and breakfast was perfect for us and staff were very helpful.

Hôtel bien situé. Les photos sur le site donne l’impression que les chambres et l’endroit sont beaucoup plus grands… et c’est tout petit. L’entrée nous laisse perplexe à l’arrivée, nos yeux s’habituent aux hôtels européens et le personnel très accueillants. Je suggérerais d’ajouter des couettes plus confortables pour les lits au lieu d’un simple couvre-lit

Room was old but clean, bed sheets were very cheap so they were annoying. Elevator smelled bad.

The hotel was very comfortable and the location was excellent. They were working on a flood above that was scary noisy in the lobby area, but that was only during the day while we were sight seeing, so didn't affect us that much. The room was and was kept clean, and breakfast was better than we expected! The front desk staff were AWESOME!

We were pleasantly surprised by the walkability of this location to the local sights (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain) and lots of restaurants and shopping. The staff was very nice and spoke enough English which was helpful. The room was large and clean. The bathroom was nice but small and no space to spread out, but sufficient. Would recommend staying here.

Small room was fine, uncomfortable beds was not. Air con worked fine. The Hotel is on the first floor and there is a very tiny lift! Not suitable for those who have big cases.

A great little hotel in the centre of Rome. This hotel was a brilliant location, just around the corner from the main train station and within walking distance of all the top attractions in Rome. The hotel is on the second floor, near that in mend and the lift is only big enough for one person (we got two in but it was extremely tight). The breakfast buffet was basic but all the food was delicious and regularly topped up. Our room was basic but that’s all we wanted as we spent most days out exploring the city. I would stay here again.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They were able to give good suggestions for eating and how to get around. The hotel is in a central location. There is easy access to the metro train station and many bus lines. I would stay again.

The location of the property was amazing close to train station and touristy attractions however the room has a smell and there is no air circulation. It feels like there is some kinda smell, even tho the room was clean and the cleaning crew cleaned the room every day. The bed is not comfortable but since it was close to everything it was a good option for us.

Great stay, close to the Roma Termini central station (15 minute walk) as well as to trevi fountain, spanish steps, colleseum. Also great breakfasts, lovely staff! Slight downside, if put into the room behind reception (room 3) it can be a little on the noisy side on occassion due to traffic. Not the hotels fault, but something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper.

Hotel lobby is on an upper floor. A lift is available. Nice breakfast and breakfast attendant. Front desk staff very helpful. Location is good - can walk everywhere. It was fun watching the city center street out the window. Beds very firm. No way to fix that. Very small room.

Difficult to find. Badly advertised, we walked past it twice. Look for a small wall plaque, it will tell you on there how to get to reception as there are no signs in the building. Lack of signage was very annoying. We were given room 2 which is directly behind reception desk. No privacy whatsoever, you can hear receptionist rustling paper with door closed n it’s ‘manned’ 24/7. Not ideally situated. Room, cleanliness, service, location, continental breakfast was all good though.

Great location, walking distance to many sightseeing attractions. You can find many restaurants around and local shops. Only 10 min walk to Trevi fountain, same distance to Colosseum. 5 min walk to train station. Very friendly and helpful staff.

The wifi worked well and was free. Our beds were made daily as were fresh clean towels delivered daily without us asking. I appreciated hskp waiting until we departed each day to make up our room. The small sttention to details made us feel at home. The bus stops directly outside the hotel and metro a few blocks away. Its a walkable area with shops. Mini mart and good eateries. The area is safe. The rooms are dated but the befs comfy. Nice pillows and blankets. Heat and air. I think the downside is the hotel is located on a 3rd fl of residential building with tiny elevator that fits 2 people or 1 person and a bag. So it is not for wheelchair or elderly that have mobility issue. We would stay here again and recommend the hotel. Breakfast was wonderful. All in all a very nice 3 star hotel. Not fancy but just fine.

Very clean hotel with an amazing breakfast. Great location to walk and see Rome. The front staff was very helpful and convenient to leave luggage while room was getting prepared.
