Great choice for a short stay in the city

Clean hotel, staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was continental and a good enough choice. The breakfast room lady was very attentive.

Lovely check in staff. Supermarket nearby was great. Room in need of upgrade did not compare to other 3 star hotels in italy. Very noisy at night, disturbed our sleep on 2 nights.

Convenient, close to transport (ferry and train).

A prefect place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and went over and above to make our stay a pleasure. Total value for money.

My room was tiny but clean. The A/C worked, the shower was refreshing and there was a mini fridge. Rate was very reasonable for Rapallo and the hotel was 500 meters from downtown and the waterfront. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Such a gem in the middle of town. And the friendliest staff ever! Delicious cappuccinos and don't forget to check out the roof terrace. If you need car parking try to make a reservation beforehand. We didn't know but the staff bend over backwards to get us a permit to park on the street

We loved our 4 day stay here. The staff were uniformly cheerful and informative (thanks Lucretia, Giovanni and breakfast lady), the building charming, with a deck available on the 5th floor. The whole establishment was sparkling clean. Location is great, between 2 grocery stores, 10 minutes from the train station. Good soundproofing and air con. Plentiful storage, sweet balcony. Breakfast offered lots of options in all food groups in a pleasant room. Overall, top notch!

Really good value for money. I stayed in the single room as a solo traveller. Room was clean and comfortable. Small, but comfortable. Water was hot and there was a small fridge in the room. Staff were very warm and helpful. If you’re on a budget, this is a great option.

Had a rooftop terrace that was very nice. Nice building. Very nice City!

Great Hotel!!

This place is very close to town center and beach area. The staff are super pleasant,nice and helpful. Now the king side bed mattress is hard and pillows are thin as sheet of paper. Besides that very clean

Great location. Very friendly staff.

No parking . No help with finding temporary parking to unload suitcases by staff . They should advertise that there is no parking around their property and they don't have any parking spots . U have to basically figure out on your own and park at strange spots in this busy part of town. If you driving there be warned

Nice hotel for a short stay. For the price, though, I would expect better conditions in the room, especially the bathroom. The shower was so small you could not pick up anything if dropped.

excellent hotel with lovely staff and first class rooms ,breakfast is very good and the service is very good .would recommend this hotel to anyone .stayed for a week in July .
