Staff are very helpful, nothing is a problem

This is the most friendly hotel we have ever stayed in. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach with great restaurants on the way. We would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Europa. The staff were super friendly and sweet. When they found out that we were on our honeymoon trip, they treated us with complimentary prosecco and strawberries. They were very attentive throughout our stay, and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well equipped. Breakfast was tasty, the pool was great with enough sunbeds always available, the hotel also lets you rent bikes for free. Overall, both my wife and I recommend this hotel 100%.

I was only staying one night in the area and when I found this property, I was very happy. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Luciana and John at the bar in particular, and the outside areas were lovely. Great Breakfast and lunch there and a lovely setting. Luciana organized an amazing massage in the spa. I had a single room and it was a bit small but loved the outside balcony. I hope to see them again in the future! Grazie Europa!

Excellent friendly staff and first class service

The hotel had the friendliest staff including front desk people, the lady who made the wonderful breakfast items and so thoughtful and the very friendly bartender Ron who was so friendly and enjoyed talking to. thank you to all

Travelling 5 months of the year to different places n Europe. This is one of the best small hotels we have stayed in. Wonderful staff, great breakfast and lovely stmosphere. Close to the beach and many restaurants.

Enjoyed our stay very much . Excellent staff, all very friendly, professional and helpful. We had two Rooms , both very clean and pretty comfortable - although air con in one room seemed a lot better than it was in the other one we had . Decent bathrooms and showers. Breakfast very good , enjoyed eating on the terrace every day. Very chilled vibe around the pool- not the largest but it just about accomodated everyone who wanted to be there ! Enjoyed using the hotel bikes to cycle the beach front. Nice , safe resort. Would recommend restaurants around the hotel rather than the many on the promenade . Would recommend for a relaxing break 😊

Very good location. A few minutes walk to the beach and restaurant's. All the staff were very helpful and can recommend some lovely restaurant's (they will also try to book them for you).

Fantastic hotel, location is superb for the beach and bus stops which take you all over. A short distance from Viareggio which can be walked to via the woodlands or the promenade. Hotel staff were some of the best I have encountered, so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing and had everything you could want for. My only criticism (and this is really minor) was that there are not enough beds around the pool and our room was on the back side of the hotel (no view) which meant we could not open the shutters and therefore had no natural light. Neither would deter me from visiting and staying again - this is a superb example of a small and friendly hotel with everything you could want.

amazing hotel, the art deco details are beautiful. check out the bronze elevator doors, simply gorgeous! only 1 block to beach. lovely grounds with pool and plantings, outdoor patio with tables, large lobby open to restaurant/breakfast room, comfy couches in seating area with old book detailing the history of the building/owner on the coffee table. very interesting! small room with high ceilings, beautiful crown molding, elegant furnishings, creative use of space in the bathroom but very adequate. shutters for darkening and privacy. complimentary bikes to ride to beach/promenade.wonderful complimentary breakfast.

Enjoyed my stay very much. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, parking was included in the price and location is just one block from the beach. Also, hotel offeres bikes, free for guests. Be warned that outdoor pool was not heated - so it was pretty much unusable in October. I suppose it's wrong to advertise features that can't be used... But I still give the hotel my 5-star rating, based on all the positives

Friendly as always. The Hotel Europa staff make this place special. Wonderful breakfast in the sunshine by the pool and gentle conversation at the bar in the evening. All a stone's throw from the beach and promenade.
