It all starts with a welcoming staff, and this hotel has the nicest staff I’ve ever encountered. Add to that the location, the excellent breakfast, and the cleanliness of the hotel, and it’s definitely one of the best stays at a hotel I’ve ever had.

The hotel was very dirty and the rooms had beds up a very narrow spiraling staircase which my parents could not use.

l has a great location, outdoor space and comfortable beds. We enjoyed our time there. Parking your auto is not so easy tho.

This property was lovely, the rooms were clean and comfortable, beds were a bit firm. We had breakfast included and there was a lot of variety and it was very delicious. The staff was outstanding and very friendly, spoke excellent English. The garden area was beautiful and they had a bar so you could enjoy the beautiful view with a cold drink. It was a short walk into the walled city of Siena which had lots of dining and shopping options. I would recommend this property

Gorgeous garden, lovely staff, and great breakfast. Loved it!

Front desk staff was helpful and spoke Fluent English. There is a bus stop close by, but I just walked the old stone streets. They have a nice garden overlooking the nearby hills. Breakfast was well prepared, and the staff preparing they accommodated me.

We would definitely come back to this hotel if we are ever in the area. The staff is outstanding! The room was really comfortable, and the views were phenomenal.

Wonderful hotel, a true wonder to wake up in the morning with the view and have breakfast outside looking at the hills. Very nice and friendly staff. Recommended.

Hotel Santa Caterina was wonderful, rooms a bit small, but comfortable. The view of the Tuscan hillside from their garden balcony (where we had breakfast) was especially beautiful. The only flaw was their window shutters did not let in enough light, offering no view, and leaving the room very dark all the tme!!

Unique and dear to my heart, with breakfast outdoors and a Tuscany view to enjoy. Bathtub was slippery, though, and a mat and some grab bars would be a welcome addition for us older folks.
