Loved the view and the pool

The property was underwhelming compared to photos and description! Staff was on point but not warm! During breakfast the lady didn’t even say hi! Room felt like a disable room! Location was amazing and the views to vines were also a plus Would not stay again

Everything was perfect

Great hotel in a great location. It's a traditional Italian villa in the Tuscan hills with a stunning view of San Gimignano and the countryside. All staff were friendly and helpful and our room was large and eminently comfortable. The grounds are generous and well maintained (incl. pool area) meaning there was always plenty of space to sit undisturbed and away from others. Overall, a wonderful place to go for a peaceful and relaxing adult break.

The hotel is beautiful and staff are great! we enjoyed fantastic 3 nights there Special thanks to Silvia from the reception for helping every need with a lot patience and knowledge

Property was magnificent

Extremely clean hotel. Great location in the middle of Tuscany just about 2 miles from San Gimignano. Only negative comment is that the bar of soap in the room was the smallest bar I have ever had to use.

It was fine. The hotel is cool. The room wasn’t totally clean, we had to ask to get more shampoo/gel shower after it finished. The WiFi isn’t working most of the time and the signal in the rooms is low. Except that we like the hotel.

Lovely surroundings

Absolutely gorgeous, serene, relaxing, countryside, a great stay. 5 minutes from town.

Perfect place to stay near San Gimignano. Great breakfast and beautiful hillside views of vineyards, olive groves and San Gimignano. Our spacious room had a second floor suite for bathroom/shower and enormous spa tub. I look forward to staying here again.

What stunning views from this property. Lots of areas to sit and relax. We loved the pool and the breakfast was more that adequate. Our room was big and comfortable. We stayed only one night as we drove around Tuscany. Very affordable price also.

As Italy hit 35 degrees this was just what we needed - a beautiful pool in a picturesque property overlooking San Gimingiano. The staff were very attentive - we just wished we’d stayed longer. When we visit Tuscany we will stay here again.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms and a nice pool. The breakfast was great as was the on site bar and snacks. Located in a beautiful location in the hills of Tuscany.

A lovely place to stay. Very close ( by car ) to San Gimignano. A lovely pool too. Breakfast was also good.

This place is everything you want to stay at on your vacation in Tuscany. Love the people, the view, the room and the location. People are so nice and kind. The place is old but very charming. Surprised by the comfort of the bed and the flow of hot water. We’ve been to many hotels - old and new - and this is the best one yet, tIcked all the boxes. Definitely can’t beat the view. Highly recommend this hotel.

The property building is beautiful. The pool and Breakfast really nice. The only thing we have problem in the first night was the AC. It didn't work properly , but we turned our bed around to sleep. But we understand Italy have the worse Ac system in Europe. The next night the fix and was great...They did not change our room because was full booked. The staff was very nice and pleasant.
