Dirty with unfriendly staff The first room we got had long black hair all over the bathroom. We went to the reception and the woman with a very cold demeanor gave us a new room. To their credit I have to add that she didn't argue at all even though that makes me think that that is an extremely common occurrence. The new room didn't have a dirty bathroom. What it did have was the following: - a drawer that contained garbage from the previous guests - dirty pillows (looked like mold) - dusty and dirty beside phone - dust on top of the door frame in the bathroom that it was so high that you were able to see it just standing in the room - filthy TV remote - dirty bedside tables - old carpet - showerhead that was clogged from calcium buildup - a foot mat for the shower that was stained and dirty - the cup provided in the bathroom was unwashed and seemingly already used by the guests before us The stay was utterly uncomfortable and I felt dirtier going out than coming in especially since I didn't want to use the disgusting shower. The breakfast was acceptable with a wider variety of cakes and sweets (standard Italian breakfast). The lady at the reception was still rather rude or at least extremely interested in us even at check out. I would not recommend that Hotel to anyone who doesn't want to sleep or stay in filth.

Staying in an authentic hotel like Grand Hotel Milano was an amazing experience. We stopped by after a long drive, and we walked in in the middle of the night. The person was very humble and welcoming, which was the first impression even though it was around 11 pm. I would definitely recommend Grand Hotel Milano if you stay in the area.

An excellent hotel with very convenient location, impeccable service from all members of the staff. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of local produce , rooms nicely furnished and clean, can't find any faults, really . Truly 4 stars grand hotel . Especial thank you to the owners Giampaolo and Elena who were very attentive and friendly.

Just popped in as it is associated with the composer, Verdi. The door staff were very welcoming and I took some photos inside.

The hotel is not for 4star rating, rather 2star. Tere is no WiFi in rooms, just in reception hall. Staff could be more polite. It is clean, and breakfast is good...
