The hotel was great, with a beautiful terrace for all and a good breakfast. The staff was very nice and helpful. The AC dripped water, but did still work efficiently. The major drawback was the bed was very hard. I had to sleep on pillows.

The hotel was lovely. We were there in a heat wave and it had great air conditioning. They have an elevator and the staff told us all the things to see in the city. Orvieto is a must see in Italy. It was the highlight of our trip.

Best Address in Orvieto

The beds were hard and the communication was poor so unable to access the Air Conditioning our first night. We left a day early from our reservation since it was horrible. I usually leave great reviews but here the only positive aspect was the view at night.

Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It was two twin boxsprings pushed together with very flat pillows. It was like sleeping on plywood. There was alot of street noise plus the windows were very dirty. Breakfast was good. Overall, not worth the money.

Enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast and staff.

Nice hotel, first time here. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Near a nightclub, so not the quietest place on a Friday or Saturday night, but we enjoyed our stay nonetheless. Clean, comfortable rooms and reasonable prices.

The view from the balcony was amazing and the staff there were so friendly and helpful. There are lots of stairs (if you're on the top floor especially), so if you're like us and have heavy luggage then it'll be challenging. But beyond that, it was wonderful and I highly recommend this hotel (and the restaurant next door!)

Nice hotel, but staff was not friendly at all. Shower is poor but room was good with nice balcony overlooking the city.

The staff was super helpful. Even for reserving taxi services. They helped us bridge the language gap with our driver. Told us the sites that we must see in Orvieto. And our room - #503 is fantastic! 2 balconies with panoramic views. Amazing! Can't say enough. Breakfast was good, too.

Lovely hotel in Orvieto, with a rooftop deck and rooms with balconies. Very good breakfast spread. Overall, loved it! Hope to be back!

The staff was surly, the internet was rarely consistent and the air conditioning was turned off by the staff who the. Denied that but at my urging turned it back on in my presence. Breakfast was va lackluster and coffee never replenished in the self serve pots. I would stay away!
