The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking in the garage is not for novice drivers, it is very very tight.

Desk clerk gave us option to park in front of hotel by applying for city permit. Very convenient for unloading luggage. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Right next to the Castelo Estense, and near the Palazzo Diamanté, the hotel was perfectly situated. The front desk staff were charming, breakfasts were very good, and the room was all we needed.

The hotel was clean and in a perfect location. When we arrived, we noticed there was no remote control for A/C, so we opened windows. We asked at the desk, and they said thermostat was set at 22 degrees C. We asked them to check it, as it was warmer than that. The temp outside was 29 degrees C (85F). We requested twice more during the day, with no results. Finally at 9 PM, I asked for a remote, and was finally given one.

Everything was great about the hotel, including a tasty breakfast buffet. However, my room did not have a window, and I couldn't figure out why. The room seemed to face the street, so...? There was a door in the room that seemed to be an exit external to the hotel, but I could not open it. It was locked, so it was useless as an emergency exit. This door had a window, but it was opaque, and only provided daylight, no external view.

Very conveniently located hotel, right in the town centre but quiet. My room was in the annexe which was a bit dated but absolutely fine, very clean. The main hotel was very modern and tastefully decorated. Friendly staff and excellent breakfast with gluten free items available, I will stay again.

The location is good but there was no air conditioning as advertised and the room was extremely hot and the advertised parking was not available and after a long trip we had to find a parking spot on the streets which is not an easy task in Ferrara and then walk 10min to the Hotel. The staff was not very helpful to address these issues, do not recommend it.

A great location just steps from the castle. When I arrived there, the reception area was undergoing renovation, which was going to take a week or so to complete. I mentioned to the receptionist that I wasn't too keen on hearing the construction noise and he solved the issue by upgrading my room to one on the top floor facing the castle. The room was clean, airy and pleasant with a very good bed and pillows! Good value. I would definitely stay there again next time I am in Ferrara
