After almost 30 years in the hospitality industry, I can truly recognize when a team delivers excellence, and the staff at Panoramic Hotel is simply outstanding. Their professionalism, warmth and attitude make every guest feel genuinely cared for. Whatever you ask, they take immediate action with a smile, a rare quality that deserves sincere appreciation. The rooms are comfortable and spotless, with spacious beds and a beautiful view over the sea. Breakfast is generous and thoughtfully prepared, with an impressive selection for gluten-free guests as well. Whether you’re traveling for business or with family, this hotel is a perfect choice: just steps from the beach, welcoming and consistently reliable. A place where you instantly feel at home.

Here’s an English version of your hotel review, based on everything you shared. I kept it detailed but also structured so it would work well for a longer TripAdvisor/Google review: ⸻ We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights with full board, which included 3 meals per day. Drinks were not included, so we paid an additional €14 per day per room for the “unlimited” drinks package. This covered soft drinks, wine, beer, and water, but only during mealtimes. We found this a bit strange – if you are already paying extra for unlimited drinks, it would be nice if it included more options (such as cocktails) or at least allowed drinks to be ordered outside of meal hours, including to the room. The hotel itself is very beautiful, although our bathroom was outdated and felt old-fashioned. That said, the room was very good overall, with a lovely sea view that made our stay more enjoyable. The lift is small and rather old, so we mostly used the stairs. On the 5th floor there is a small pool and sunbeds, but the pool wasn’t particularly clean and unfortunately was not open at the times indicated. The staff also never mentioned it to us – we only discovered it from the photos online. We appreciated that bicycles were available free of charge, and that sunbeds on the beach were also included without extra fees. Another great feature was the option to exchange one of the hotel meals for a meal at a partner restaurant on the beach – the pizza there was excellent, and it was a refreshing change after getting a bit tired of the hotel’s food. The meals at the hotel were mixed. Breakfast was fine, although largely the same every morning. Lunch and dinner were less to our taste – the menu was very seafood-heavy (which we don’t particularly enjoy), and often dishes were “recycled” from previous meals with a new side. While we understand and appreciate this approach to reducing food waste, it didn’t really work for us. As a result, we often found ourselves searching for dishes that suited us and unfortunately left meals still a bit hungry. On the positive side, one evening there was a themed Romagna night, with waiters dressed up and regional specialties served – this was excellent, and we would have loved to see more evenings like that. A nice touch was that after every lunch and dinner you could order coffee, lemon sorbet, or ice cream. One of the waiters, a shorter, dark-haired man, deserves special mention – he was extremely kind and attentive. By the second day he was already bringing us ice cream with a smile without us even asking, remembering our preferences. Along with Francesca at the reception – who was always helpful with any question we had – they really made us feel welcome. Francesca, we hope you’ll soon be able to show your little boy Hungary! Overall, we would recommend the hotel for its beautiful setting, friendly staff, and fair value. However, we personally wouldn’t return, as the food selection didn’t suit our tastes and there aren’t really entertainment options.

Excellent hotel in the family-friendly area of Rimini (Viserba). It's in a prime location: the beach is just across the street, the bus stop is a few metres away, and there's a wide selection of shops and restaurants nearby. It is connected to beaches 19 and 20, but you can go anywhere. Here, two sunbeds and an umbrella cost €20–22 per day, depending on how many days you book. With all-inclusive catering, this is included in the price. We have never experienced such hospitality at any of our previous stays. It started with the hotel providing free airport transfers both ways. We were greeted with a free welcome drink at the hotel bar. On our first evening, the manager personally welcomed us and the entire staff were smiling, responsive and helpful at all times. The exterior of the hotel had recently been renovated. We stayed in a mid-range 'tech room', which was just the right size for two adults and a small child. The balcony offered a wonderful view of the sea and the Rimini Ferris wheel. The furnishings were a little dated, but perfectly adequate for us. The minibar can hold a few items if you want to keep them cool. Unfortunately, the soundproofing wasn't the best, so we could hear noise from the hallway and slamming doors, but this was due to noisy guests rather than being the hotel's fault. The mattresses didn't seem very comfortable at first, but we ended up sleeping surprisingly well on them (the room could be completely darkened and the air conditioning worked well). The food was delicious and varied. We opted for half board, which allowed us to choose between lunch or dinner to accompany breakfast. Although breakfast was less varied, there was still a good selection of perfectly acceptable and delicious dishes to choose from. The dinner menu changed almost every day during our stay. There were also two themed evenings: one featuring cuisine from the Emilia-Romagna region, and the other featuring seafood and cheese. On the other days, there was also a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The only drawback was perhaps the late dinner time (from 7.30pm), but this would only be a problem if you go to bed early anyway. The hotel also organises programmes for guests, such as evening bus trips to Rimini. There are also animators to take care of small children. After checking out, they will store your luggage if you ask them to. I would definitely recommend this place — if we come back, it will only be here!

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days and had a great time ! The service is really nice and cooperative. They do everything they can to help you when you have a problem. We opted for halfpension, so we had breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant with an amazing view. If you want to you can switch one of the meals with lunch when you let them know one day in advance. The dinner buffet changes every day and there was always fresh fish. It is served at 19:30 which can be perceived as late if you want to go to bed earlier but on the other hand it is perfectly enjoyable to watch the sunset while having dinner:) The servers at the restaurant are also really friendly and pretty attentive;) If you want to have a drink in the evening or maybe also during the day there is a bar in the lobby which serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. The rooms are comfortable and clean and there is also air conditioning. The beach is located just across the street which is very pleasant and there is also a busstop close to the hotel if you want to get to the centre of Rimini. There are also a lot of shops close to the hotel if you want to do a little evening shopping and there is also a supermarket within 10 minute walking distance.
